Lived here for 4 years, moved in with nothing but army cots. Bedbugs, roaches live in the walls and refuse to treat. There was a massive leak throughout our entire apt, which began within a few months of moving in. They came out to fix the ceiling that had fallen (we had only rafters for 7 months). That same leak was never fixed and black mold grew in the bathroom, as well as kitchen to where our kitchen cabinets were waterlogged and falling off. I had steadily complained to the front office, whenever notated anything. Got the health department involved twice. Sent emails etc. The landlord, Jeff Faulkner has lots of properties for rent, however cant take care of the units he has already. Black mold almost killed my family and I, please don't make the same mistake we did. You would be better off living on the streets.

It's a trap. They take full advantage of there tenants and it's more expensive than a normal apartment
