Easy five stars! If I could rate it 100 I would! Hands down best place to take your vehicle if you want it done right! Mike and the crew was completely upfront About everything and VERY professional about everything. Prices cannot be beat. This is the ONLY shop I will return to and the only shop I trust with my vehicles. They treated me like family and for that nothing but upward respect to Mike and the crew! I will be recommending everybody here!

Best Tire service in town. I called one of the "Discount" stores in town and got an estimate online. Then they called me and told me the price was even higher. I then called BW Tire and saved over $150. Not to mention excellent and courteous service. I won't go anywhere else and would recommend to everyone.

My husband had a flat and didn't have anyway to change it. He asked if they could help him by changing it and was told it was not worth there time. There is 6 bays and seven guys just standing around doing nothing. My husband would have bought three tires cause we need them. But guess what will not buy anything from this place. Why does people have to be so mean.

I would like to say that in these trying times it is great to see that Mike at Goodyear has put the customer back into customer service. I brought my daughter's 2005 Scion XA into Goodyear for a loud noise coming from the rear. It turned out to be the rear wheel bearings. He was honest and went the extra mile to help get the problem done right the first time. He was able to get me the part sooner and at a better price. The car was done before originally stated. Plus he was able to determine another problem the car was having and let me know what would fix it. Mike was always on the phone letting me know what was going on and kept me informed. I have used other auto shops in town before but because of the fair, honest and great service I received at Goodyear and Mike, my car service needs will be only at Goodyear. Thanks John.

I took my car in the check engine light was on. I knew one of the bolts fell out of the front seat track making it like a rocking chair. They fixed the seat, I never mentioned that issue to them, they never mentioned fixing it or charging me. Just a class act place, never had a bad experience.

Been coming here for a couple years great service also fast and friendly. Mike always helps me out and will go that extra little bit to make sure your service is awesome or just to answer questions. Always honest and has never tried to sell me that extra part I don't need.

I called the night before to make an apointment, explaining I was driving to Philadelphia from Columbus. "Can you look at my car in the morning so I can leave asap or early afternoon? " They said " Yes, if you can drop it off between 7-730? " It took longer than expected. Herb was exceptionally polite and shaved a little off the top for my inconvenience.

Only place within 50 miles that had the tire size I needed in stock. I brought my wheels to them dropped them off on my lunch break and picked up my new tires on my way home. Quick service, no b.s, sold me what I wanted.

Been bringing my vehicles here for probably 25 years. I've never felt "talked down to" or ripped off - they've always been fair and respectful toward me. Great folks!

I happened to be one of the victims of "The Pothole" on 71south on Friday. By the time I got to the tire shop I was a little frustrated and tired. I was probably the 9th person in line but Mike was so sweet to all of us and never seemed to get angry or overwhelmed with the influx of unexpected customers. Yes, it took a long time to fix my car but it is a fleet vehicle so poor Mike had to do a little extra to get it okayed. I didn't get everyone's name but they all were so nice and were working their butts off to get all the cars back on the road. So, Mike, Bob, Carl and all the rest of you Thank you! Thanks for the pizza and taking care of me and my car.

I bring all of my vehicles to Mike and Brian at BW Tire for large and small repairs. Our repairs have always been done right at a fair price.

If you don't mind to wait 5 1/2 hours and get over charged for a oil change and a plugged tire, this is your spot. I was told it would only take a hour.
