I asked Areianna internet sales rep, if my approx.interest rate would be 11% or less.i gave her my fico score, yearly income, and down payment inf and she implyed there should be n problem, so i let her do a hard credit pull. S he then said i was approved at 15.9% but she only told them about half of the down payment i had. This must have been s they could get higher rate. So for a few interest points they forever lost our business.

They were nice enough but absolutely infuriating in trying to steal your trade in. Former airline maintenance and impeccably maintained car with only one tiny ding, well below average miles, complete and detailed records and they offered low fair trade in. My advice is never, ever, ever hand them your keys for an appraisal!

I had very very bad experience. I found a car online and called office. They told car is available and scheduled appointment. I went there it’s more than 30 mints drive and they said car went for washing and it will come tomorrow.

Waited for tomorrow called my sales rep he didn’t lift the call. Went to the show room still vehicle is not there.

Outstanding Kia dealership! I purchased my car elsewhere but the service department couldn't be better. They are definitely not trying to gouge customers for every penny. The service writer Chelsea even went above and beyond to let me know my air filter wasn't really dirty enough to replace at 30,000 miles per the manufacturer, and I could wait till a future time. I think the small things like that really do matter and it says a lot about the culture there. That worked out great 5 months later at my next oil change with a $20 coupon they sent me and I changed the filters then. Even though Chelsea wasn't available when I pulled in for the oil change, she came out to the waiting area when the car was ready and personally helped me find it on their lot when it was ready to go! Nice touch.

Had an awesome experience here yesterday for my daughter buying her first car. First of all, when you walk in, ask for Kyle. He is the most 'chill' no pressure sales person ever. He was so dilligent in finding the best car for my daughter. He did a great job of explaining the process, and keeping her from being overwhelmed. We had a long day-6 hours start to finish. She test drove easily 6 cars, and we sat and deliberated for quite a while. Kyle never pressured and knew when to stay and guide and when to give us space. She left with a great car, far better than she expected, thanks to Kyle, his, GM, Jared the sales manager and the very wonderful finance man Larry! Excellent service and experience.

I had a good time working with celebration Kia. They are detail oriented folks, were knowledgeable about the vehicles, and were fairly low pressure. My only complaint would be the hovering sales person. As nice as he was, I prefer the person to answer any questions we have, and then step away and let my wife and I openly talk and pick out things we do and don’t like. We’re both too nice and will rarely say anything negative with a hovering sales person defending anything we bring up. So we need the space to openly talk.

I made an appointment at 11: 00am. Showed up at 11, they were ridiculously busy. I asked how long it would take. They said normally about an hour, but might be a couple because they’re so busy. I asked for a courtesy car (since they offer that) and I was told they didn’t need have a care for me to take. I was getting an oil change and a software upgrade for a recall. I waited 2 and a half hours for something that should have taken no longer than an hour. I asked the gentleman what took so long, and he said they were just busy. I said, so booking an appointment doesn’t make a difference? He explained that it did. They overbooked their schedule and I wanted 2.5 hours for something that should have taken an hour at most. I walked out informing the gentleman that I could have changed my oil less than 40 minutes and if it weren’t for the recall I would have done so. Side note, I asked them to not top off my fluids in my car because I use a certain type of windshield fluid.they filled it with the wrong kind when I asked them to not touch it. I will not be coming back.

They were nice and gave me a rental. However they called me and told me they were replacing my tires and doing an oil change, and a balance and fixing some leak. My key FOB worked when I dropped it off and now it doesn’t so I can’t lock my car without the key. I asked for an oil change, a balance and to fix my door. $1800 + later and I can’t lock my car and my door isn’t fixed.

I've increased this review from 1 to 3 stars after finally having to get the General Manager of this dealership involved who explained the misunderstanding on their end as to why they still had not yet sent the check in payment for our trade-in to us. But he immediately saw to it that the check was properly handled. Though it was received 2 weeks later than promised, when we finally got them to take action, they honored our request to have our check over-nighted to us.

We purchase a car from this dealer and paid their original asking price. They made an offer well below KBB value on our trade-in so we rejected, and just did the purchase. We paid by check in and a day the funds posted. Later they called us and made a fair offer on the car we tried to trade-in before that we accepted. Since it was after the purchase they said they would have to issue a check that we'd get in 2 weeks. When that time came and went, I made repeated emails, phone calls, left voice mails that were mostly ignored. Finally, got thru to our sales man who said the check was in the mail. But a week later, still nothing. What rubbed me wrong was they were johnny-on-the-spot cashing our check for the new car purchase, but when it came to paying for the car/asset that they immediately took possession of from us, there was an unacceptable delay from them to send us the check. Lesson to be learned is, make sure timing is made very clear when the dealer will supply payment for cars sold to them, and getting this promise in writing may help them execute their promise more reliably.

I'm giving them 3 stars on the sales. Though our agent was great, the trade-in offer was well below KBB, so we rejected it and left with just the purchase. Then they called back the next day and made a fair offer that we accepted. Getting them to pay for the trade-in is a whole other review that went bad will get a 1 star on my review of the administration of the payment.

Service rep was very pleasant, honored a Kia service special offer I had received via email, and explained all work to be done, including three comoany-mandated updates/safety repairs to my vehicle. Took about 2.5 hrs but I waited in the customer lounge area and had access to coffee & the dealership guest wifi. I left feeling pleased.

Setting up the appointment was a breeze and Ben was very nice. But, we asked to have our tires rotated and they didn't call me or anything about it not being done. So my husband went to pick the car up and they informed him that they couldn't rotate the tires bc they were too worn, but a technician looked at the tires with my husband and said they still had tread and wasn't sure why they didn't do it. We got them done 2 days later somewhere else.

Harrison Kniffin is the greatest car salesman I've dealt with thus far. He isnt pushy like most salesman, hes laid back yet professional and truly finds pleasure in making his clients happy!

I went through Cargurus and have got a few computer generated emails back from Buyers but no real person will answer me back. I don't know it is only noon now, maybe they're not open. Hard to find their ours. Not on their website that I could find.
