Sadly disappointing visit. Go in for simple brake flush and called to be told all 4 calipers need replaced. Then told oh sorry never mind we misspoke after i called them out. Service manager apologized stating person was new but i won’t be taking my Touareg back. I think the service guy thought he could pull a quick one and make some money. Not with me, sorry.

No hassle no pressure sales. Paul was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a vet easy process with leasing. I would recommend Byers.

My service rep Cameron was just awesome! He updated me daily on what was going on with my car and what needed to be changed. They got it fix for me sooner then I was previously advised it would take. Thanks for the good work guys will definitely be back for other services.

Brought my new 2021.5 Atlas in for installation of running boards and splash guards. Byers Volkswagen service staff was professional and did an excellent job. I was provided a loaner due to the fact it would take a day, which I appreciated. The cost was reasonable considering the labor it required to install them. Overall I’m completely satisfied with my experience and their work.

Free one year check up was great - done in a timely manner and everything was covered from fluids to oil change to tires to car wash. Great service. Ask for Sean if you want to buy a car he's great!

Returned for another yearly check up and it couldn’t have been better. Great service!

When your car needs a repair, people always say not to take it to a dealership for a number of reasons. As of today, I beg to differ. These people were extremely kind, honest, polite, respectful and the pricing was surprisingly better than competitive! They treated us (my daughter and me) like customers should be treated and not the way a lot of dealerships would have treated 2 females who knew nothing about cars (even though we really didn't). Highly recommend this group. I'll be back for sure! A+

Byers is a great spot for repairs.if you are waiting in, there is a cute little park accross the street to walk around and pass the time. Inside the dealership is clean, with a nice coffee machine that has a good selection of beverages.

Thanks also to Cameron who helped me out immensely in a pinch. Wonderful VW location near Cbus!

I had a bad experience with Colin the manager at this branch. There was damage to the headliner of my vehicle after i received detailing. They could not provide any proof that they did not damage the vehicle nor any check in sheet noting the damage had been there previous. I kindle asked for a discount for the cost of the headliner repair to which denied me, and accused me of being disingenuous.

I have serviced my car with them for 10 years and will not longer be taking my vehicle here.

100% lost a long time customer over a $400 discount due to their inability to provide proof they did not damage my vehicle

I dropped my car off on a Tuesday, car was to be serviced on Wednesday. I never got a call, I had to call on Thursday to see what the issue was. I got my car back on Friday. I can't say my service was bad, as they fixed my issue. I was disappointed of those communication with me.

I am looking for another VW dealership to care for me and my vehicle.

While my car sat at dealership, I took my second vehicle to AAA for same problem and it was repaired the same day. That problem by the way, was initially water pump which is part of VW extended Warrenty. Then, it is not water pump, but the thermostat housing, changed water pump but not water pump, water pump is not, your private warrent wanted us to replace water pump, but not water pump, it is thermostat housing kit… Bottom line, water pump and therm housing were replaced, but I did not receive VW extend Warrenty coverage. The guy on the phone did, however.

Price with my private Warrenty was higher than cost of vehicle without insurance.

Service guy says the most offensive things… maybe battery died and won’t charge because it sat two weeks (on another dealers lot). Service guy alleged that a completed inspection was performed, but did not top off windshield fluid or inspect oil change. After allegation, I requested feedback on coolant system. I paid for pressure test for coolant system and diagnostic for engine and found the speed sensor needed work…. I asked about wait time and he began blaming, then I told him I had another vehicle service and he said they have more mechanics. Interesting that he NEVER mention the fact that he guessed my mileage, as opposed to going out to read it. As a result, there was a longer delay due to the appearance of odometer tampering. This was resolve when Warrenty office requested a photo of odometer reading.

After a month, I picked up car and light “service now” came on. Service guy asked when was last time car was serviced. Second guy asked, “ when was last oil change? ” My car sat on your lot neglected and ignored, If during your thorough inspection, you did not know my car needed an oil change, problem with antifreeze, and low windshield fluid, then shame on you.

I can not return there and pay for what felt like sexist behavior, being pacified and insulted and piece repairing my vehicle.

That is only part of my pain.

Looking for another VW dealership!
