We recently purchased a new Volvo at Byers and worked with Ralph. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire Volvo line. He listened to what was important to us and made appropriate recommendations. He was also patient with us as we collected information about the different Volvo products and the federal government tax credits for electric vehicles. Also, the vehicle delivery process and financing process was very efficient because they requested information prior to the delivery date and had all the documents prepared for our appointment. We were very happy with the great service we received and would recommend Ralph to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, especially Volvos.

Buyers damaged my car. Then condescendingly tried to act like I did it get one over on them. Buyers then reluctantly tried to fix my car. Well Buyers did not fix it properly to say the least. As well as Buyers gave my car back with even more damage done to it. When I brought this up to the service manager he curtsied (reason unknown as to why he curtsied) handed me my keys and said we are done here. He then turned and walked away. I drove straight to True Performance from Buyers. True Performance then photographed and documented the old and new damages for me. The car that they did not fixed properly now has over 7K in damages thanks to Buyers. I spoke to my salesman (He was the only one that would actually speak to me. I feel they are ignoring me so I go away.) several times and was at one point asked to commit insurance fraud. They said for me to turn it into my insurance and they would pay the deductible. I can not make this up. Was told several time they would have the a manager Dave call me he never did. It is a shame that I have been repeated insulted, condescended to, flat out lied to, tossed aside and ignored for this long this all started back in Nov 22. I have attached images of original damage done by Buyers. Do not use Buyers go to Mag. This place is an embarrassment to Volvo and the American ideal of being accountable. So much more but I can not possibly put it all into words here.

What a great place to buy a car! My sister and I were coming from out of state to an event at the fairgrounds and we set up a time to meet with Ralph Marcum, Internet Sales, to see the car I picked out online. Ralph knew we had places to go and horses to see so he got us through the process quickly while still providing all of the details about the car, going for a test drive and answering all of my questions, patiently. The atmosphere at the dealership was terrific. Employees seemed to like working there, working together and taking care of customers. I highly recommend the dealership and most importantly, Ralph. I love my Volvo XC40!

I have been to Byers Volvo a few times and have had very positive experiences. Bob has been the person who has helped me each time I have brought in my car for repairs and he does a wonderful job ensuring that all my questions and concerns have been addressed. Recently, I got my airbag replaced and he kept me informed on the process and the ETA. I also appreciate the courtesy car wash that is offered during each visit!
