Bzak Landscaping & Garden Center, Milford OH

I put Bzak in front of all landscapes nursery supply stores and Cincinnati! I am a business owner in the landscape industry. I highly recommend!

I have been buying soil, mulch, mushroom compost there for years. This year their 50/50 is mostly soil and horse manure. Nothing wrong with Horse Manure except you can get it for free at most horse farms and they are charging $55 for a cubic yard and calling it mushroom compost. Maybe most people don't know the difference because they were almost sold out when I bought mine. They also raised the price from last year.

I guess anything to make a buck.

Beautiful plants and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Found the exact hydrangea I needed and Drift roses in peach. It's a bit far from home, but worth the drive.

First time visiting Bzak Garden Center, was not disappointed. We got assistance from several different employees, despite them being busy, and each one was clearly knowledgeable about their respective areas, and if they didn't know, they directed us to a different expert or provided a good source of how to find the information. Straight forward and helpful. Bought a beautiful fig tree, some flowers, and will be going back for a dappled willow. Pricing seemed high at first compared to other local centers, but after some research, and seeing how the plants we did buy have thrived, it was worth it. Ie. The Fig was ~$70, compared to other areas at $35 - $50. The cheaper figs have all died or had issues.

Terrible disorganization screwed up delivery. Poor customer service wouldn’t do anything about it. Just said sorry Unreal. Definitely buyer beware.

This is a garden center that definitely knows there product, I have purchased bushes and trees in the past and always hauled away. This time I will let them deliver and plant my new apple trees. I like the prices and the large stock on hand from rocks to mulch and all things plants it seems like they are known for there service.

Not only do I love this place but my kids so too, every time we drive by they ask to stop. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and they have an incredible selection of trees and shrubs. Mulch is always of the best quality. We get most of our garden needs from here!

Bzak is a great place for landscaping supplies. They have a very friendly and helpful staff. This is where I buy my bulk mulch as well as other items like stone and gravel. They also take brush from Union Twp. And Miami Twp. Residents for free with the proper permit. The loader operator is a very friendly guy. I enjoy talking to him when he loads my truck or trailer.

We always get good advice and service from Bzak Landscaping. They do not try to over sell you and have good quality nursery stock. We visited today to get ideas for replacing a dying spruce tree in our front yard and spoke with Mona and Jerry both of who went out of their way to help. Thank you Bzak!

They have great mulch that seems to last the whole season without fading. Have purchased many bushes for my yard and they have done well. Great selection and employees seem to be able to answer any of your questions as to location for certain types of plants, bushes and trees.

Ordered 4 yards of mulch for a late Friday delivery. They coordinated the delivery and kept me informed. The Driver even place the entire load of mulch on a tarp I had placed in the yard. Thank you, from a satisfied customer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered mulch on a Friday with Saturday evening delivery. Saturday came and went with no mulch delivered and no phone call telling me it wasn’t coming. Sunday I call and no one from BZAK could help me because “that department was closed” and told me I’d have to wait till Monday. I ordered from another company on Sunday who was able to bring out mulch (better quality that BZAK) same day! Now I’m jumping through hoops trying to get my refund. No one at BZAK has given me anything more than excuses and no one seems to care that the delivery was missed or retaining my future business. My entire family traditionally gets their much from BZAK every year, but after this experience we will all be going with a different company next year.

Great company to deal with. Always professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great quality materials and plants. I own and operate a landscaping business and purchase most of my materials from Bzak, have for years and will continue to do so. Can't say enough good things about them. They're a top notch company.

Don't fret. Look no further than Bzak. We interviewed several designers and visited many nursery locations before making a decision. We could not be happier with our decision. Our designer, Dennis, was great to work with and the installation crew supervised by Appolonia did a great job. Very profession. The quality of the plant selection was superior. I would definitely recommend Bzak.

Why so fast in residential neighborhoods? You are delivering mulch not organs. Please slow down!

I went to check out Bzak and the people were very helpful. One lady spent 20 minutes helping me and I only bought 3 small plant for now.
