5I found the service out standing, and they where so helpful, the truck I got from them. I have had good service out of my truck now, I would like to say thank for your service. Marry Christmas, and a Happy New Year.
Walked in, test drove a car: transmission couldn't shift.scared me so bad i immediately brought it back, handed in the keys, and left.do NOT trust this place.heat didnt work, couldn't shift without stalling, etc.and they told me it was fine.
Got my mom in a descent car with an affordable payment. They worked harder than we did to make it happen. Polite, professional and saved the day.
Thanks a million!
The people who run this dealership were helpful and provided thorough answers to my questions. I am very pleased with the care that was taken with my vehicle. The business transaction was easy. I will definitely recommend this dealership to people I know.
DO NOT BUY A CAR A HERE!
Should have seen the signs from the beginning. I made an appointment to view a truck several days in advance and confirmed the night before. Show up at the arraigned time and no one was there. Waited 30 before the first employee showed up. When someone did, it was a "mechanic" that had salesman on speakerphone. Wasn't until after test drive and some talking that a different sales man showed up to finalize the deal, eating his lunch the whole time. But I loved the truck and thought it was a good deal. I was wrong.
I bought a 2004 Ford F-150 from here in Feb of 2021. Was my first time buying a car and they took advantage of that. The truck should never have sold. Yes there was rust on the body and it was a used car but didn't realize the extent of the rusting until I took it for first oil change. Mechanic took me back where it was on drive up lift. They couldn't use regular lift because when they tried, the whole truck bowed. They showed me the rust from undernear and I was in shock. The entire frame was so rusted, it was paper thin in spot and flat out missing in others. Mechanics said the truck was unsafe to drive and should never have been sold.
When I contacted C & C, they gave me snarky replies like "well we do live in Ohio and rust does happens" and "maybe the shop did something to truck". When I tried seeing if they were willing to work with me to put me in safer vehicle I was told "vehicle was sold as is" and basically given the middle finger. C & C then stopped returning my calls and emails.
