C C Mitchell Appliance, Broadview Heights OH

Called 7 times in 90 minutes this morning to price a large order. No answer on the other end. Rang everytime until the call cut off with no way to leave message. How am I supposed to order if noone answers the call and you have no website to order on? I have ordered from them before, the delivery guys are awesome and friendly, but the office kind of sucks.

We can loading show up at 7 o’clock in the morning start unloading at 8: 45 AM out of the door 9: 45 AM tight place to park to the dock

I live at a K&D Property and the AC units they have here from you really put out cold air. The price is reasonable for the residents if they would like to purchase from you. The AC unit is very nice looking. I will be calling for a neighbor this coming week to buy one. Thank You!

Brandon and Andrew these 2 guys were absolutely Great had to remove and move things around to remove my old fridge to bring in the new one a lot of work but they didn't complain but things back and I was truly satisfied with their work ethics and Manners EXCELLENT JOB WELL DONE

The fridge was delivered on time, no damages. The delivery guys, Terrence and his trainee were very nice, professional and explained everything clearly. This has to be the fastest installation without cutting corners. I appreciate that

I do not understand; went in last week on Monday it is Wednesday a week later called again, still no price quote for
an appliance package, where do you wait for over a week for a price quote? Had to go elsewhere wanted to use a company from my hometown, oh well, I have businesses as well and I jump for customers especially local Broadview Heights homeowners. Scott seems like a nice guy just cannot understand why this failed. Good job CCMitchell, everytime I drive by on Rte 82, I laugh, ended up spending 9k elsewhere on a high-end suite.

I used to work for this company way back in 2001-2002, maybe even 2003. I knew Jim Mitchell and Jerry, Jim Jr. I enjoyed working there, and they are a great company! They are good people! I miss those days. Thank you.

Very good company the Watson Brothers Terrance and Andrew who delivered my appliance was awesomesauce very professional very knowledgeable about the appliance very respectful as well they are keepers good employees are hard to come by also the ladies Amanda and Lilly I spoke with at the office were terrific and very professional and very helpful the company as a whole made it a great experience I would recommend the company for your next appliance purchase you won't be disappointed

Talked to Stu Kane about a purchase of a washer and dryer. He stated he will call back with a price ; never did. I called back and was put on hold no one picked up. Poor customer service I will never purchase anymore from cc mitchell supply. Went to Lowes spent $ 2750.00 and was treated great!

Company put a refrigerator in my mother's apt when she was not home and removed all of her meats. They then left the meat on the counter and it spoiled. We took pics of everything. When my mother and her property manager called the company they refused to hold their employee accountable. Imagine doing that to an elderly woman! Especially with the cost of meat today! Shame on this company!
