I have bought a couple pieces of equipment from C&C. I wanted a generator and told them what I wanted it for. They wouldnt sell it to me until they did they're homework to make sure it would fit my needs. You cant get that kind of service from a big box store.

Called before I looked at the hours and they picked up as they were heading out. He took the time to wait for me to drive to Brookville and get a set of wheels for my lawnmower. It was a very good experience and refreshing to purchase from someone who cares about your business. The guy who waited (Jim), was willing to stay an extra 20 mins (an hour after close). 5 stars.

Took mower in and it sounded worse when I got it back than when I took it in. Took it back and they changed the belt and waived the 2nd service fee. But the side discharge chute was missing and they argued that it must not have been on in the first place (make sure you take a photo of what you leave). Also, thank goodness that I always check my oil because it was way over filled. I spent a long time using a piece of plastic air tube to siphon it out just to get down to the maximum level. To be fair after my daughter argued with them, the owner offered to reimburse us for the side discharge chute but she insisted that the oil was not over filled. I did order the part but they can take their reimbursement and.we’ll you know.

This place seems to be family owned and ran, They stayed opened later than posted hours to take care of me, and delivered after hours.

Purchased a chain saw here. Service and set up was excellent.
