Ok so this was a work run. The grounds were clean, the staff was masked up, and polite. Plus they helped me locate where to drop off my delivery.

Never keep a regular schedule in the morning. Drive off and leave passengers at the stops. No regard for the fact that you're driving people to their jobs. Despite complaints from my department and supervisor, nothing has changed.
