Caldwell Nature Center reviews
6This nature preserve has good views of the creek, forest, and trails. The trails are well maintained but they can be a bit steep for a beginner, but would be perfect for someone who walks regularly. Also, there are several deer trails that branch off of the main path so if you're not careful you can wander off the trail. It's right off the highway, which is both good and bad because you can hear some road noise throughout the park. I went on a cool fall weekend and it was not crowded at all. Overall, I had a great experience!
Nice place for a walk. If passing through the area as I did, it's close to the interstate and a good break for a mile plus walk in the woods in the middle of the city
Decent little trail, but definitely needs updated signage, barriers, and stairs. The bridge we went over felt like it would give way. No supporting beam running through the middle
Great hidden gem in the city. Great walking trails for varying abilities. Limited parking if the visitor center is closed. Great little ampitheater.
