Caliber Collision, Wadsworth OH

I used Caliber Collision for some body repair, and I could not be happier with the results of work that was done. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The work on my car was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and looks as if there was nothing wrong at all. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who is looking for great customer service, and body/repair work.

Not pleased with my experience, I have a direct comparison to prove my point. I was involved in a front end accident and naturally went for the 5 star review collision center. At first things went well until I received a call that my vehicle had been totaled due to frame damage. I ended up buying it back seeing that the claim was ridiculous. They artificially racked the repair estimate so far up that the insurance company decided it wasn’t worth fixing. I took my vehicle to MEDINA COLLISION CENTER and they fixed it right up for half the price caliber had put down on paper. I’m convinced they just didn’t care to work on it and took the easy way by simply making the vehicle seem totaled by quoting excessive amounts of repair parts that did not need to be replaced.

Avoid taking your vehicle to this body shop. We took our vehicle here after it was rear ended. We were told by Caliber they would be able to work on our vehicle that same week since they had no projects at the time. After two weeks go by we call to check why we had not received an update, only to hear the truck was still sitting outside and untouched. When we finally received the estimate for repairs, including replacing our twisted frame, they claimed to preform a full disassembly. We found proof they only removed the back bumper and a full disassembly was in fact not preformed. Shocking considering the frame was twisted and other serious damage could have been done.

We unfortunately had to deal with Wadsworth Caliber manager, Aaron Knight, who was very unprofessional in every interaction we had. After dealing with him being verbally frustrated and yelling at my husband on the phone, more than once, we made a final decision to move our vehicle to a different body shop as Caliber proved to be less than trustworthy.
The representative from the new shop we went with called Caliber to inquire information about our vehicle. The representative had to deal with Aaron raising his voice at her saying, ". I don't know who you think you are, but I'm not dealing with you, you're nobody to me. Don't call here again. "

Very pleased with their work. Staff was very friendly and kept me informed and answered all questions that I had. I would highly recommend them.

The boys and girls at Caliber Collision do one hell of a job they're communication is excellent and their work is top-notch my Challenger is my baby and they took good care of me hopefully I don't get hit again but if I do I'll bring her back I highly recommend this place

Was painless and easy, dropped my truck off, got a rental next store 20 feet away picked it up, when my truck was done went back dropped rental off, looked great nobody can tell it was in an accident, would recommend caliber collision to anyone thanks,

The team at Caliber Collision went above expectations for a recent repair. Even with supply chain issues on parts, the shop made all necessary repairs and I drove away with what looks like a brand new car.
