Caliber Collision, South Euclid OH

EDIT - located poor paint, misaligned fender/grille and hood. Concerned about frame not being appropriately straightened. Working directly with insurance as caliber was already given an opportunity. Very pushy for a good 5 star review and questionable repair quality. In an extended wait and return for re-work I was in a rush to get my vehicle back and failed to notice these issues initially or the framework is not sound and the body is misaligning as the car is being driven. I am not satisfied, they are charging my insurance premium costs for moderate body work.

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision South Euclid location! From the time my truck was towed there to the day I picked it up, the turn around time was quick. Cord was wonderful as he kept me informed weekly of the progress with the tear down of my truck, to parts being ordered, and then to paint & assembly. Their bodyshop and paint crew did outstanding work! I'm very pleased with the entire process and couldn't be happier with my beautiful looking truck! I highly recommend this shop. I dealt with Ben from start to finish. He was extremely helpful, courteous, informative and honest. He answered ALL my questions, and believe me I had A LOT. I've got to say, the 5-star reviews are legit. I worked with Lee and others to get through the repair process of an insurance claim. The team was great in communicating with me every step of the way, and they helped a lot with managing the rental car process as well. They answered all my questions and never felt rushed or distracted. I came here for insurance work, but would voluntarily work with Lee and this team again. Very happy with the experience!
