My experience with caliber collision was absolutely excellent. I got daily updates on the process of my vehicle. The staff is very friendly and honest and they completely fixed my vehicle! I have told everyone about them. Thank you calliber collision for being amazing!

Heath was amazing to work with! We have a wheelchair van and I’m very picky about who works on it because it’s the only vehicle to transport our son, and Heath and his team did AMAZING. His customer service is beyond excellent and I would not take my vehicle anywhere else!

These guys do NOT MISS! I had a pretty badly damaged rear quarter panel with a complex dent that was recently repaired at this location. The technician working on my car was Bob and I’m actually convinced he’s a wizard. On top of completely saving the panel from needing replaced, the reproduced body lines from the dent repair were FLAWLESS! The included detailing and cleaning was also really well done.
This is my first encounter with this business. Their current rating is 4.9/5 stars but it should definitely be a 5. I was helped by Steve who very patiently explained the process of repair and communicated with insurance companies to make sure I received the help I needed in addition to getting me into a rental while my car was being repaired.
This location is efficient, courteous, and qualified beyond a doubt. I will be going to them for anything in the future from me or family. I highly recommend this location; they are trustworthy and upfront. So happy to have my favorite car still in my possession and on the road again.

I cannot imagine a better auto body experience than the one I had with Heath and his team at Caliber Collision (Liberty Green Road, in Green). I know it’s an odd thing to say, especially considering this process started with my car getting hit. But choosing a repair place from a random list of names online is always offputting—especially when an insurance adjuster is waiting on the other end of the phone–and so I chose the one with the best reviews.
There’s a reason this place has the best reviews.
Heath and his team are kind, enthusiastic, efficient, and generally really damn good at their jobs. They are also just really good people.
Highlights:
- The EASE and EFFICIENCY of the experience. There’s nothing unstressful about leaving your just-damaged car with a bunch of strangers, but this team made it painless and easy. They assessed the damage, walked me through a repair plan and schedule, and then followed through on it. Also, they worked with the other party’s insurance through the whole process, organized the rental, and drove me to Enterprise to pick up the car.
- COMMUNICATION. They sent me multiple daily texts about and videos of my car’s repair progress, and responded instantly to my texts.
- GOING THE EXTRA MILE: For one thing, they washed and detailed my car after they were done with the work. Do other shops do this? Not in my experience. Lastly, when my car’s repairs were finished, I happened to be stuck at home with strep throat, so I was unable to pick it up. Instead of letting my car wait in the shop over the weekend (and therefore continue paying for the rental), Heath kindly delivered my car to my home (I live about 20 minutes from the shop). Can you imagine any auto body shop doing like that, just to make your day easier?
I was absolutely blown away by the phenomenal service, efficiency, and kindness shown to me at this location of Caliber Collision. My car looks, and runs, like brand new. I would enthusiastically recommend this place to anyone.

Needed a quote to send to insurance after an accident, worked with Heath, and has repeatedly told me he would have a quote for me by the end of the next day, the end of the same day, and so on. I still have not received anything. The issue wouldn’t be that bad if I didn’t have an insurance company calling me every day asking where the quote is, and if Heath could at least communicate with me if he was delayed. He is somehow either unavailable anytime I call and does not return my calls. I figured I wouldn’t have this kind of experience with a company that has a 4.9 rating on Google.

Last thing I want is to drop my vehicle off to have possibly thousands of dollars of damage repaired and have it get delayed for weeks without any word from this guy.

Amazing! I am extremely impressed with every aspect of this journey. They went above and beyond my expectations and if my son ever gets into a fight with a light pole again, Caliber Collison will be the first person I call! (After the insurance company of course) But seriously, I highly recommend them for any repair work. They gave me constant updates as to what was happening with the vehicle and when we picked up the car, you couldn't tell there was ever any damage! It was beautiful! Also, a special thank you to Liz for helping me with my first ever vehicle repair process. You're the BESTEST!

My experience at Caliber was first class. From walking through the door meeting with Heath and the Caliber team, I felt very informed about the repairs needed on my vehicle. Caliber had a very flexible schedule for the repairs to be made and returned my truck on time! The continuous communication during the repairs from Heath, the service advisor, was next level. He sent me pictures of the process along the way, making me feel like I made the right decision to choose Caliber. My truck came out fantastic…even better than I expected. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times to anyone looking for a vehicle repair. Solid people.solid work!
