Worst foot massage I've ever had. Didn't even get the pressure points. Left feeling just as tense as when I entered.

I broke the tip of my acrylic off and came in and asked if they were able to reshape it. Fully expecting to pay and and was asked if I got them done there and I said no and then I was told “then I don’t have time for you”. Very unprofessional. I was not looking for free handouts just found the closest nail salon to me and was wanting to pay to have it reshapes.

So i got a full set of acrylics that look terrible the acrylic is so thick and bunches up under my nails and the acrylic itself is still stuck to my fingers because she barely filed it.not to mention they charged me
10 dollars over what their advertised prices are!

A technician that had only been out of vocational school 3 weeks did my nails. After s week they were coming off and the polish had waves

I almost never leave reviews, but I feel I have to say something since this has been on my mind. I have come here periodically and have always had beyond exceptional service from the owners, and quite a few of the other staff (if I knew all the names I'd mention but I only know Mallory, Ruth & "Hannah Banana"). These girls & 7, worth 5 stars plus, as there is Never an issue. There is however one person who has been there recently on table 8/9 making me rethink going to this business for a variety of reasons. This is the ONLY reason why I put 4 stars.
Some of the things she does that bother me: constantly complaining including unprofessionally speaking ill of other staff and customers, to basic issues such as not performing what is requested or arguing with customers. This last time I cringed when I heard her on the phone being an agitator then purposely scheduling a caller that must be avoiding her or she disliked; and said she picked that time so she could be there to "stare at the customer" as if she was proud of herself for trying to intimate a customer! That's uncalled for completely. She's often a nail designer at a table, younger & wears winged eyeliner. I think her name is Hailee or Kaylee. Although I did not have her this past visit as my technician, I was put off just sitting near this girls station because of her negativity & bad attitude. I have only had her do my actual nails once, and it was by no choice of my own. Lately I began requesting a certain operator to avoid getting her, so when I did get placed at her station on a busy day, I was not pleased. Worse, I literally worried that the next appointment, I would end up getting her again & I almost canceled. Thank goodness I had another person that I requested.so Please Trina & Seven, at the very least do not push your customers her way if things get too busy, just rebook us with the requested talent.you are worth the wait. Better, get rid of this girl before you loose customers, I can tell you I KNOW I am not the only one who feels this way about her.it's not just her having a bad day, this girl has bad energy. The salon has been such a wonderful place please don't let 1 bad apple spoil the whole business. Some people just aren't meant for customer service and this girl is one of them. You have such a great crew otherwise & I would hate to have to switch

Haleigh Mcbride does my nail every two weeks at California nails and she does a terrific job. She talks to me like her best friend and she always keeps me laughing. My nails look awesome everytime and the designs are beautiful. I never have a problem. Thanks Haleigh

I made an appointment with a specific provider and AGAIN someone else did the service. The last time I had this person my pedi started coming off the next day. I also asked for a design and it wasn't done. Very disappointing. My husband went too. He was not happy with the lack of professionalism. Won't be going back.

While these may not look completely awful, they definitely dont look professionally done. The majority of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.with the exception of a girl named Haley.the 1and apparently the only 1 who could do the gel or acrylics. From the moment we sat down she showed how rude and unprofessional she is. We sat at the table across from her for 5 mins before she even acknowledged us. I explained several times how I wanted a natural rounded shape and even had to show her a picture twice.and she still proceeded to file them into jagged pointy uneven mess. The girl who painted my nails even ended up pulling out her file to fix them. This girl wasnt any friendlier with her coworkers either. I dont think I will ever come back as long as she is there.

Nice turnaround for a quick walk-in gel manicure if they have an opening. Finishing leaves a little to be desired, but quality products and friendly faces!

Great to get your nails and feet done. Very friendly and fun ladies wort there. They are kind and patient. Will continue to go there and recommend it.

This had to be the worst time ever when getting my nails done.when i removed the acrylics, half of my nails were green! And i was cut several times during the process.my friend and i both hated the experience and will never go back

This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at any nail salon. I went in today to get my acrylics removed and had to stop him after the second nail completely tore from him using NAIL CLIPPERS to RIP off the acrylic. He said “this is why we don’t remove acrylics unless we did them here” IT DOES NOT MATTER WHO DID MY NAILS PRIOR, removing acrylics should NEVER be done by just ripping them off with nail clippers. He claimed soaking them took too long. Thankfully I stopped him and left before all my nails were ruined. I went home and soaked them off myself and the rest of my nails are perfectly fine. The two that he ripped off are extremely flimsy and one is torn down the middle. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND IM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THIS WAS.
