Calvetta Bros. Floor Show, Northfield OH

Have botched two jobs now at my parents. We have now been waiting 6 weeks for carpet to be ordered and when we called main office, they didn’t even know that the carpet wasn’t installed and was missing. Horrible communication and workmanship including the moulding they ruined on stairs. Would love for them to make this right as we have told them about all these issues and have been ignored thus far.

Minor fault was discovered in the manufacturing process of our newly installed COREtech Plus flooring. After the problem was confirmed by their inspector, Calvetta Brothers initiated immediate corrective action. We are now very satisfied with the replacement flooring. The installers Brian and Josh exceeded our expectations. While cutting of the door trim and various moldings needed to be done without removal, they made every effort to keep the dust to a minimum. The finesse in the cuts around the stone of our fireplace was amazing. Absolute perfection! Calvetta Brothers stands behind their product and ensures customer satisfaction. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring and expert installation.

WOW! We love, love, love our new Stanton carpet…from start to finish our experience with Calvetta Brothers (Northfield) was superb! In need of replacing master bedroom carpet during room renovation, we visited the showroom and met Joe! He was awesome…friendly, informative, knowledgeable…felt like a longtime friend by the time we left the store carrying multiple sample boards! After making our choice, Chad visited our home to take measurements…another wonderful meeting…professional, friendly, great sense of humor! Jordan organized the installation perfectly…. Installers Rolando and Manuel - on time, excellent work, respectful of property…️️️️️ for quality carpet and amazing customer service! Sincere thanks to the entire team!

We purchased CORETec LVP for 80% of our home. Our sales person at the Miles Road location was very helpful and didn't try to oversell us on something we didn't need or want. Our original choice of LVP was stuck in customs somewhere so we made an alternate choice which worked out better anyway. Lance Calvetta came to our home a week or so later to measure and prepare our estimate which we thought was reasonable. We knew going into this that we had issues with our existing concrete floor. The flooring was ordered and came in quickly. The installers, Jason and Jeff, were FABULOUS! They both went above and beyond to get our flooring prepared, get the concrete as level as it could be and the LVP planks installed. Jason communicated with me every step of the way. Our floor looks amazing and our home is much improved because of it. There were only a few minor issues which involved our sales person. He didn't always respond to questions I had, specifically about what rug pads and/or rugs were OK to use on LVP even though I specifically asked if Calvetta sold area rugs. Also, he didn't respond to a voice mail I left requesting the amount of the final payment so I could be sure funds were ready. It took some texts from one of the installers to get that information to me on the final installation day. Luckily I had enough room on our credit card to make the payment. Also, while I knew that removing carpet would be a messy job, I was not prepared for the amount of dust that preparing our concrete floor created. While Jason did tell me on his first day at our house that it would be messy, I didn't really know. Advance notice from our sales rep would have been helpful. Thankfully for us, we had just painted our entire house so most everything we owned was packed up and stored in other rooms that weren't getting new flooring. Still, be prepared for a mess even if you aren't getting a concrete floor repaired prior to installation. Pack things up and cover any upholstered furniture.

Horrible experience with this company. Installed carpet and you can see all the seams, cracked our TV cabinet, scratched wood work during installation and we are now on our third replacement in our office area. Visited the business to select replacement carpet, salesmen was so rude my wife was in tears the whole way home. I will never buy from this organization and strongly recommend no one else does.
