Outstanding customer service. "Above any beyond" to say the least. Kaden Whaley had zero hesitation to run backand fourth to get me and my family squared away with a new truck while also doing the same for many others in the process. The guys here were extremely helpful and very polite and considerate of the customers wants and needs. Very professional. In my observation weekends can definitely be busy for Camebridge truck but they will get it done! If you are in search for a vehicle and able to schedule during the week, Maybe help them out and do so if possible, as purchasing a vehicle is not always a fast process. I'm sure their families would much appreciate it. Solid work from all.

Absolutely terrible. I purchased a used 2017 f350 6.7 from them 2-9-23 and on the way home from the dealership (little over an hour drive) the engine light came on and I noticed when I hit a bump the front end was clanky. After I had it looked at by a shop 2-13-23 I found out that the front end needs $3000 worth of work done to it. I hooked up a trailer to it 2-14-23 and realized something in the back end squeals when taking off under load or hitting bumps with the trailer hooked up. Also was told by a shop 2-14-23 that there was a sensor that may be bad on the fuel rail on the driver side because when I was going up a hill with the trailer it popped up engine power reduced and the truck shut off.luckily I was able to get it started and home. So short end of the story is I paid $46,000 for a truck that needs the whole front end redone and probably the rear-end redone. And has fuel issues. Was told the truck was inspected and solid by the mechanic they have there and never noticed anything on the test drive.hopefully anyone looking to get a truck from their gets them inspected by a reliable mechanic before they buy. Or just save the hassle and don't buy from them. Ever since I said something online about the service from there many others have shared their story about How cambridge truck has screwed the customer.

Lots of nice trucks. Lots of 5 star reviews with an occasional 1 star. Spending 50 K on a truck "as is" worries me. A simple 3 month 3000 mile warranty would eliminate a lot of these 1 star reviews. I haven't decided if it's worth the risk to buy here.

I purchased a truck from Cambridge in October. When I arrived I was shown it had a P21DD code for the Reductant heater/pump assembly. I got a We Owe slip stating the repair of the check engine light for this code. I was to take it to the local Ford dealership have it diagnosed and a quote for repair written and they would pay the cost. It was done this way because I live hours from Cambridge. Once the truck was diagnosed Cambridge refused repairs and to cover the diagnostic fee as was originally agreed to. The dealership had quoted $2,300 roughly for repair, Nick Landman informed me it was a $500 repair and they wouldn’t cover it unless I brought the truck to them. I asked for a quote matching parts and labor to make sure I wasn’t getting used parts and proper repairs, and they never produced such a shop quote. I had the truck diagnosed at a different shop and was still quoted $1,800 for the same repairs. Cambridge has refused to pay the $333.25 diagnostic fee they agreed to, as well as cover any repairs for the original code as agreed. Even when all paperwork and quotes were presented to high ups in management I was still unable to get this issue resolved after weeks of waiting for an answer as to how they planned to repair my truck and reimburse me. All in all I wouldn’t return here.

The buying process what smooth and easy, everything was great. Now 45 days later and can’t drive the truck because they “just now” got the title from out of state. 45 days to get a title. Now I can’t drive the truck that I’ve made 2 payments on already. Already not looking good as now I have to miss work and lose out money because the temp tags will be expired Monday.
UPDATE: an entire week of missed work and was told TODAY title dept.will be calling me…. Still no call, still no title…. I litterally have a parking lot ornament…how can u sell a truck without even having the title in your possession!? How did it pass a out of state inspection with a CRACKED FRAME!? Shop where you want for a vehicle, but I am already regretting buying from here. I honestly would give 0 stars if I could, and I bet they will still be expecting a payment also

Staff was friendly but definitely pushed the truck and well not even 2 months and 2000 miles later truck is sitting with a $5000 repair needing done

Run from this place as fast as you can do not buy anything from them they will change the numbers on your loan when your not around and then when you call and find out why your loan is different they give you the most asinine excuses that could possibly be heard they took advantage of my mother and father buying a truck and it’s just plain out sad how they operate this place needs to be taken to court with the BBB

We were so impressed with Cambridge Truck and how easy the process was!
We drove from Stark County and it was totally worth it! Kaden was absolutely awesome! He made sure our payment was right where we wanted it. (Even a little lower!) They were able to give us what we wanted for our trade in and made sure that we left happy!
The finance gentleman was very friendly as well!
We have already started recommending to friends and family!
We will definitely be back for our next purchase!

Me and my wife purchased a truck from Cambridge truck recently and were very impressed. We worked with Kaden one of the salesman, he was very professional and personable. We feel like we got the truck we wanted for a fair price and also got fair market value for our trade. The radio did not work in the truck we bought which we knew and worked it in to the deal and Kaden said they would fix it. They kept their word and fixed it for us.
