The move in process SPECTACULAR! The managers FABULOUS! THE GYMMMMM AWESOME! So far so good in this neighborhood!:) my doggo is loving the vibe as well.

I have been living there for 2 months and everything has been excellent, especially the girls in the leasing office, very collaborative and attentive.

I’ve lived at Cameron Ridge for 3 months now. I have had no complaints aside from some parking issues! The staff there is absolutely wonderful and I’ve never had a bad experience with any of them. Shana and Madison are the ones I’ve worked with the most and they are absolutely great, and professional. Since I’ve lived here, Cameron Ridge has done so much for the community and I’m excited to see what else they come up with to do next!

The neighborhood is very peaceful and Champion has done an amazing renovation on the units.they look so nice! Spacious apartments with lots of storage!

Great front office staff and maintenance crew. Very attentive, caring and respectful towards customer needs. Handle all situations in a professional matter and always willing to listen. This is the best staff ever and I recommend this place to everyone.

I really enjoy living at Cameron Ridge for many reasons.
* Great Location in the Gahanna, New Albany, Easton area with shopping and restaurants galore.
*Beautiful just remodeled Apts.with upscale decor, stainless steel kitchen appliances with included washer/dryer
*Laminate wood flooring and new carpeting
*Gahanna Schools for the kids
*Semi private streets and no through traffic
*Great Maintenance staff who are attentive and in most cases provide same day service
*Best of all a great office staff that make you feel at home and are willing to go above and beyond for the residents
*Special little things from time to time like free family picture day, donuts as folks leave for work, starbucks coffee and more

IMO just a great comfortable place to call home!

July 23 nine month's later I can't say enough good things about Cameron Ridge from the neat Food Truck Friday's, great pool, updates galore and fast friendly office/maintenance staff! 5 stars because I can't give 6.

We have had an extremely positive experience, living here at Cameron Ridge! It started right from the beginning. The Ladies in the office are Amazing: they are very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to selecting a floor plan that met our needs.
They also guided us through the paperwork
(I hate paperwork BUT they actually made it fun. They are constantly creating a sense of home and belonging through their efforts to schedule different community events (food trucks, happy hours, Christmas Cookie exchanges and Night at the Clippers just to name a few). While it seems each
Apartment been has been remodeled (with all new appliances) we have required some maintenance support. The maintenance staff is VERY responsive! Even on the weekend a maintenance Person showed right up immediately! They are Always Happy to help and very skilled. They fix what needs fixing the first time! We have enjoyed the pool and workout areas. Overall, we are extremely happy!

I do not recommend renting from Cameron Ridge.

I have experienced significant difficulties with the air conditioning unit. The unit fails to provide adequate cooling, resulting in an uncomfortable living environment. I made the initial maintenance request on April 17th as my concern was that the thermostat was malfunctioning which prevented the AC from working properly. Unfortunately, the problem persisted and I had to make a second maintenance request on April 20th. The issue is still unresolved as of July 4th, 2023.

I have called numerous times stating that I have an autistic child who suffers from seizures and asthma. Inadequate temperatures could result in fatality for my child. However, due to the incompetence, lack of concern, and poor communication with property management; my son and I are now severely impacted by the inhabitability of our living space.

The Champion Companies is in direct violation of Ohio Revised Code Section 5321.04- (4) Maintain in good and safe working order and condition all electrical, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning fixtures and appliances, and elevators, supplied or required to be supplied by the landlord.

I have been more than patient and cooperative with no resolve.

Last week around 7: 30 PM a plain clothed man entered my home while I was showering. I did not receive a phone call or a message from the property about anyone needing access especially that late in the evening. The situation had the potential to be fatal as I was completely unaware of who was in my home while I was SHOWERING. He claimed that he was maintenance & needed to access my home to shut off my air as it was potentially leaking into the apartment below.

This is completely unacceptable being as though my air has not functioned properly since April. I have followed up with the property staff on site and nothing is ever resolved. Maintenance has entered my home past 7PM numerous times within the last 2 weeks to resolve the tenant below's work-order, while I remain inconvenienced and uncomfortable.

It seems now that I will be forced to escrow the rent and pursue legal action. I have occupied this space for long enough with faulty heating and cooling. It is inhumanely hot and I am prevented from using the stove, oven, and dryer as I do not want to increase the temperature in the home.

It was my hope to resolve this matter amicably and promptly. I fear that I have exhausted all attempts in rectifying this matter without involving additional parties. I expected the same consideration and commitment to resolving the issue for my medically fragile son and I.

Do not rent from Champion. I have had to contact the Ohio Department of Disabilities, Franklin County Board of Disabilities, The Ohio Attorney's General Office, ABC 6 On Your Side, and the BBB. Please save yourself the time and headache.

I highly recommend this apartment complex! The staff is friendly and always ready to assist.

Staff is Extremely professional, courteous & down to earth. I’ve requested maintenance three different times and each matter was resolved within 24hrs. The property is very well-maintained quiet and peaceful. The community all around is a nice place to call home.

Love the area, the complex is quiet and nicely kept and Shawna, Kali and the maintenance team are awesome!

I can't say enough GREAT things about this apartment complex. Don't let the past negative reviews scare you away. The employees working in the leasing office are FANTASTIC! If I ever call and nobody picks up, I always get a return call within the hour. They are very helpful and kind. My apartment came with all new carpet, flooring, appliances and modern features.

On one of my first nights, my heater didn't kick on right away so I called the emergency maintenance phone number. I spoke with an operator immediately and got a return call from maintenance within the hour. It was very impressive, as most apartment complexes make you wait days for any help from maintenance.

You can tell this place is owned by a company that knows what they're doing. This place is well cared for and safe.

I would recommend this place to anyone!

First class living. I have been on the property for 10 years and it's only gotten better literally. Upgrades are beautiful and the property management folks are highly professional. If you are looking come check it out!

I want to first start off by saying Megan the manager and the rest of the staff at the office have been wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and extremely helpful! They have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and i really appreciate it. The maintenance staff are great as well) Champion has done a complete overhaul of this property and it looks gorgeous! I recently moved into one of the 2 bedroom apartments and I absolutely love it! I highly recommend moving here:)
