Camp Bow Wow reviews
22Fabulous staff. Fabulous facility. Fabulous fur fun! My dogs love it and enjoy the staff, socialization and exercise! It's the complete package for your fur baby!
The staff is so welcoming and friendly! Definitely a new favorite place! I have an extremely high energy pup and camp is the perfect place for him. I no longer stress about finding time to walk him, hes constantly enganged and active while im at work and tired by the end of the day! They even send me pictures of him while hes in one on one time.
I absolutely love this place! My dog gets so excited when I ask him, "Do you want to go to Camp Bow Wow today? " I love that they remember him and know his name, regardless of the tons of dogs they meet. They truly care and that is invaluable to me. Thank you Camp Bow Wow and all of the employees for being absolutely amazing!
Made me feel really at ease with leaving my pup-son with them and the virtual access to be able to watch him at any time on my phone, wonderfully comforting. Thanks Camp bow wow!
We love taking our dogs here because they get to play with all the other dogs. They also have lots of room to play and roam between the play yards and outside freely. Our dogs are always so excited when they come to camp bow wow.
I looked at 5 other doggy day cares that were much closer to me before looking at Camp Bow Wow. This is a first rate run organization. Every employee I have met has been so nice and knowledgeable. I love the app to be able to see my puppy anytime. It is very clean and very organized. I am willing to drive out of my way for a place that cares about every dog in a loving manner. I am definitely on Team Bow Wow!
The amazing caregivers at Camp Bow Wow loved my boy from the minute he walked in. I literally have to drag him out when its time to go home at the end of the day. I enjoy checking in on him with the cameras to see how much fun his is having while I am at work!
My puppy Luna and I both love Camp Bow Wow! She is always happy to play there and the staff always receives their campers with a smile! Love, love, love Camp Bow Wow!
I like that you have cameras so I can check on my dog. I’m glad when I board my dog, he gets to be out of the crate and play but also gets breaks to rest. I like that someone is always back with the dogs in the play area to supervise. You guys are very accommodating to the dog’s needs and any special requests to help them feel at home. I’m very happy with your facility.
My puppy Daisy loves Camp Bow Wow Cuyahoga Falls. Its obvious the employees love their jobs and every canine camper. Daisy is epileptic and they take wonderful care of her and administer her meds timely. Daisy rates them four paws up!
We have a 5 month old Akita who we thought would be excited about playing with other dogs. Turns out he was more timid that we thought. The staff at camp bow wow was very patient and worked with him until he was comfortable enough. Now we can board him and not have to worry about cancelling our plans.
Never had a bad experience here. The employees take great care of our three legged dog and are sensitive to his limitations and needs. Love this place ️
My puppy is always happy, exhausted and squeaky clean when I pick her up! Would highly recommend. Love the camper cams!
I bring my two dogs Tarly and Scarlett usually once a month while my husband and I go out of town. The staff is so friendly and always greets them by their names. Any time I look in on the cams the dogs seem to be having a blast and get loving from the employees out in the “yard” with them. When we pick them up we always get a good report on how the dogs did. They are always excited for their trips to camp bow wow!
My pups love their days full of smells and play at camp. I love how tired they are when they get home from camp. Also, love all the specials at camp the last couple months. With 3 dogs, the specials really help our budget.
Camp Bow Wow is a wonderful place for my dog. Ii was relieved to find out they separate the bigger dogs from the smaller ones. During his interview, my dog was allowed to go into the play area and when he passed, he was able to stay for a few hours for free. The play area was vast and he was able to run and explore. I also liked they have cameras in all of the play areas so can see your dog in the lobby. Moreover, I love that you do not need an appointment to drop him off for day camp which is really convenient.
Amazing care, exceptional love for animals, great customer service. I bring my dog here all the time and she loves it!
Everyone is so nice and friendly, they are seem to enjoy what they do. The facility is huge and so clean
The staff is super friendly and showed empathy toward my scared pup. They made me feel comfortable leaving my fur baby in their care.
I've taken my two dogs here several times. At first, it was a nice experience. It's nice to be able to view your dogs while you are away and know they are happy and doing well. I have a pug who is terrified to be away and prefers humans over other dogs, he stays in the small dog house. My other is a pit mix and loves going there and typically follows humans around. I no longer take my dogs there for a few reasons.
I watched the camera in the small.dog house and there was a counselor going back and forth between the two indoor rooms where they had a few dogs on one side and some on the other. There was only one counselor there and she wasn't engaging with the dogs when I was watching on camera. She was just walking aorund while the dogs followed her in and out of the outside doors.
One time my pit came back with a scratch on him and no one said anything or knew how it got there. He is very docile, a big baby, and is scared of his own shadow. The time following that, I counted 22 large dogs in one room and only saw one employee in the indoor space with them. My pit came home with a bad report card saying he was 'mounting other dogs and this behavior wouldn't be tolerated'. Mind you, my dog has never done this behavior before and I could imagine it must be stressful to barely have space to run around in with that many dogs.
I did email them after my dog came home with the scratch with no reply. I am a business professional and this is poor customer service. They should limit the amount of dogs they take in for day care and boarding. (They claim to have a good ratio) It's too many in a small space and could cause your dog added stress.
