Camp Bow Wow, Westlake OH

Camp Bow Wow is wonderful, they love my Finley, and I feel relaxed being away knowing she is being so loved!

Way too many dogs. Said they would introduce dogs slowly, nope, just threw her in with a ton of dogs and she was visibly nervous, but she adjusted. Other dogs kept trying to hump and the workers didn’t do anything.

The worse thing was that when we went to pick up my dog, she was walking slowly and the male worker was in a rush so he yanked my dog RIGHT IN FRONT OF US with her leash. I was so shocked and my wife had to get me out of there before exchanging words with him. If they’ll do that in front of owners, then I’m nervous what happens when we’re not there. Never going back to this place.

Camp Bow Wow Westlake is where we have taken our dogs for more than 10 years. They are great!

Absolutely love Camp Bow Wow. They are so sweet to my Daisy girl. She is a Weim and her nickname there is Silver Queen. She looks forward to going and the owner and staff are amazing.

They come to the house they are affordable and they are knowledgeable. I'm excited to start services with them.

As a person who needs to go into the office most of the time, having a safe and fun place for my pup to go is super important and Camp Bow Wow is a great place! My dog always comes out after a good day of play-time and is able to relax a little with me in the evening! They also have live camera feeds so you can check in when you have a free moment!

Friendly Staff. It was nice to be able to watch our dog on the cameras. She had a good time.

Easy drop off and pickup. Enjoyed checking in on my dog via Webcam. Bathe and nail trim was perfect.

We wouldn't take our fur baby anywhere else. The staff are very polite & helpful & are so good with our boy, he loves going there. Anytime someone says camp bow wow he is heading for the car.

The staff is wonderful, patient and kind. My dog loves to go play all day with other dogs. She sleeps most of the next day she is so worn out. Boarding is wonderful as well. I can't say enough good things about it.

Our dog loves this place and so do we! Staff works very hard to be accommodating and helpful. Pricing is comparable if not cheaper than other facilities in the area. They have webcams on all the yards so you can see your dog during the day and they usually work well (but can be a bit slow and glitchy sometimes). We've brought our dog for both day and overnight care and it's always been great. He comes home tired and happy, so he gets some excitement and we get some much needed relief. Can get busy at times, so book ahead (they even have online booking). If you're looking for group daycare or overnight care, I couldn't recommend more!

Camp Bow Wow is great! My dog gets just as excited when I say “let’s go to camp” as “do you wanna go on a walk”! The staff is always helpful and excited to see the dogs. Love the pool in the summer, my dog doesn’t like water but sure enjoys that little pool.

They have the best boarding deal of any place because you can drop the dog off whenever the day they board and can pick them up anytime until the close the day of pick up for no charge. Most places charge a daycare + boarding if not picked up before noon which is usually tough when traveling; CBW’s unique approach including daycare in boarding is why I only choose them.

Our dog, Sadie, was welcomed here. She loves playing with the other dogs there and the staff was very accepting of her shy attitude at first. With our dog being from a shelter, she was a bit shy and nervous at first. But, the staff was really accommodating and sweet. It's certainly a place I trust leaving my dog.

I was supposed to be bringing my dog here for an interview day soon. A new job is bringing me to the area. I spent an hour watching the live stream camera footage they have available to all online. After one hour of viewing, I decided against it. The staff working there straight up ignore the dogs. They look like prison guards. My dog loves people as much as he loves dogs and would definitely be the guy to want to go get some love and attention from the people working there. I can see that he would either be ignored, sprayed with a water bottle (for coming near the person!?), or pushed away. Shameful. Avoid.

My 2 dogs go to camp 3 to 4 times a week. They come home tired and content.
The staff is friendly and really great with the girls. I feel the dogs are as loved at Camp as they are at home. The camper cam means I can check in on them when I have a free minute. I have used the boarding services for vacation, the dogs are well cared-for.
A really great environment for your pet when you can't be with them!

Very friendly staff. The grooming job was just what I asked for. Our first time. Our dog is old but they treated him beautifully. Derby and I have already scheduled his next appointment.

The staff is kind and accommodating and really cares about the dogs left to their care. We have used them frequently for vacations and play days. Our dog loves it there, running for the door after we park the car.
