Camp bow wow is a great place to board your pets. The staff is excellent, and my dogs love it there.

Great care for furry friends with video cams to watch them enjoying the time away. Recommended!

This place is a godsend. It's especially helpful because I work 10 hr days and hate leaving my dog home alone. She absolutely LOVES daycare and always comes home super tired. It's also reasonably priced, I love that I can watch her on the cameras, and the staff are amazing.

The place is always clean. Coda loves all the extra events, the kindess and playfullness of the staff.
Also, the calender of monthly specials.

My dog, Milo, is always happy to go to Camp Bow Wow. Matter of fact, he likes it so much that we have to spell it out because if we say it out loud then he gets really excited and thinks he is going to camp. He enjoys seeing his friends. He also likes to follow the workers around no matter where they are going. The sleepover paw-tys are the best. Highly recommend this facility.

My two Jack Russell's went in for their interview and had a ball. They were wore out for like two good days. Just what they needed. We were looking for boarding while out of town for an upcoming trip and decided that we will also use them for daycare on some days as well.

Edited to respond to owner. I am referring to the correct location. My partner Scott registered him under his name, so it would be under Scott R. I registered online after, not realizing Scott already had. This was at Camp Bow Wow off Alpha.

I went to pick up Jack and he was being annoying, watching him on the screen. He was following a dog and barking at it. He had spent the night and was ready to go! However annoying he was being, he was not showing aggression so why the woman with blond hair hit him twice then sprayed him with water I don't know. When I saw her hit him I frantically asked the woman at the front desk what was going on that she had hit him. Then I turned around and saw her spray him. The woman calmly told me they spray water to remove waste. Yes I understand that, do they also hit dogs to remove waste? I demanded the woman ask the blond what happened. She came back and said that of course she didn't hit him but she did spray him with water. I told her I just watched her hit him twice!
Needless to say we will never be back.

Been going to this place for a while and have been generally satisfied, but just picked my dog up yesterday from a 9 day stay and was really unhappy. I paid for a bath and a nail trim (I asked to verify that they did one while picking him up), but when I got him, I found him covered in dirt, pee, and poop crusted onto him, with matted fur. Quite frankly that shouldn't be happening even if I hadn't paid for a bath. His behavior is extremely weird too - my normally happy, friendly dog seems very anxious, insecure.

I called to complain and question why I paid for a bath when it was clear no one had touched him - they insisted that they did one. This is simply not possible based on the state of him. They offered me a free bath on next stay as recompense, which I declined. I don't intend to take him there again. He seems truly neglected and I feel awful that I chose this place. Don't make my mistake.

I love camp bow wow! My beagle Benny loves it there, and absolutely adores the staff. The people who work there are so nice, Missy is always great. You can just tell how happy he is by pulling up to the building for drop off's. I also love watching Benny play with his friends on the camper cams. Highly recommend.

Our boy Rocky just got back from a 4 night extended stay at Camp Bow Wow Highland Heights where he also received a nail trim. We love that we were able to check in on him via the cameras using an app. He had plenty of play time with the other campers but also enough space he could chill out by himself at times when he got tired. The staff was friendly and appeared to treat him well.

I love how the dogs can run around and not be locked up in a crate all day. The cameras are great! You can check in on your pooch

Everyone at Camp Bow Wow is really nice and very professional. The place is super clean which is great considering all the fur babies that are there. My baby attends day care but will eventually do boarding and I can definitely say that I am totally comfortable when I leave him there. My favorite thing is the web-cam, I can't get any work done because I love watching them play!

First time visiting. Reception area very clean. Employees were really nice. Owner went over all policies in detail. I would definitely consider for overnight boarding for our dog.

This is our third time leaving our dogs with Camp Bow Wow and our girl's are well taken care of.

They are so good with our two babies.

One is a punk and goes on a hunger strike when we leave but they get her to eat. The other tries to smile but looks like she is growling. They still love her.

I was nervous about leaving my dog for several overnights, as she did not have a positive experience at day camps previously. But the terrific staff at Highland Heights listened to my concerns, and their solution made for a much better experience for my dog!

My dog can be a little crabby sometimes. At Camp Bow Wow they take care of here like she is their's. She gets so excited to go to school

Love. Everyone was so kind and welcoming on our first day. The facility is clean and I love the camp theme. I even saw someone on camera petting my dog so that made my heart explode in the most amazing way. Louie can’t wait to go back!
