Camp Chautauqua reviews
13Socks. They ruined Chautauqua. It was a great place to raise kids and grow up. Now its like everywhere else. The camp should be ashamed of what they have done to Chautauqua.
Love this place! Went here as a kid and would 100% send my child when the time comes. So many fun activities to do! The staff are kind and Christ-centered, the camp grounds and cabins are clean, and the environment is safe and fun.
Also, I went to the 4th of July firework celebration they had for the camp and community, which was a blast. The owners and staff truly care about people! 10/10 recommend.
We went there on an organized field day. The camp is clean and well taken care of. My daughter had a great time going through the obstacle / American ninja course. We had a really good time.
Over all an ok place but the beds there are so uncomfortable they don't even have the bowling alley anymore, but the staff are nice the pool is ok I guess and the cabins are air-conditioned, its been about 2 and a half years since I been here it might have gotten better or maybe worse idk lol
Great facilities with lots of fun things to do for students. But the staff are the best! This is where you want to go for a camp or to host a retreat!
Fuel camp 2020 has changed my life for the better I came in the second chair I left in the first
I had a church camp here. The staff was awesome, the camp was set up well, and from my knowledge we plan on returning this next year.
We had our church camp here - awesome place & staff! Tons of things to do: paint ball arena, several outdoor basketball courts, indoor court, swimming pool, clean and nice cabins, obstacle courses, pool table, etc. We had a great time!
Beautiful setting. Huge campus. Awed by the facility amenities. I only came for a tour, not stay, but I was impressed.
The land and scenery are beautiful! But the camp ummm well I'm sure most people are familiar with Camp Crystal Lake! It definitely has a creepy vibe to it and fits the part! I don't think I would ever send any of my kids there. But I'm sure they probably do a lot to help kids who need guidance.
Went here as a camp counselor and it's a nice camp. Great cabins nice mess hall and good bathrooms. My only qualm is that the pool doesn't allow diving. They also have a cool obstacle course there for people to run which was pretty fun!
Would happily shut this place down. I live right by this camp and they are so god damn loud and noisy i can't SLEEP BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE. My grandma works night shifts, and can't sleep because of them either. You can hear these people from franklin ave to 9th street. I'm tired of this place, they need to get their campers to respect the people living here. Or at least need to put the noise ordinance for 9 PM. People, counselors and campers are constantly going out to the pool at around 11-1am and doing things they shouldn't.where my house is positioned, we can hear it all. Please, if you have ANY respect for the people living in this community don't go here.
I’ve been here several times and have worked with the staff. Super helpful and great team to work with!
