Wow what a great place to buy a Fifth wheel! I would definitely recommend them over any other dealer in Ohio. Very patient and willing to help. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Definitely will be back if and when we want to upgrade. Everyone here at Campers Inn deserves a heartwarming Thank you from Phil and Tina

Beware of a salesman named Brad Ferguson.

I'd give the place 1 star based on my dealings with Brad, but they do have a nice selection of campers, we purchased a 43 ft 5th wheel and the salesman guaranteed us a rear camera monitor was included, however upon purchase, no one could locate it. Instead of offering a solution, he said it was my fault I didn't catch his wording that he stated "it should be included" and he never agreed it was included, even though I asked 3 times. He then got upset when my wife didn't agree to sign the final paperwork until they found the monitor. I would pick any other camper dealer than this one.

On a good note, a tech named Hank helped us get familiar with our new camper, and he could not have been nicer. The sales manager that sits up front was pleasant to deal with as well.

The important part of this review is AVOID Brad Ferguson at all cost if you go here.

We also discovered that they make.you pay $1000 for a inspection and to have tour camper ready to use. One of the things they claim is propane takes will be filled. I confirmed this at the time of sale, Ole Brad assured me they filled the tanks. We get it home and guess what was not filled. We also had an issue with our rear stabilizers not working, they said "just kick them and they will start working". That's what you are paying an additional $1000 for.

My Wife and I Purchased a 2023 Air Stream Globetrotter 25 FBT yesterday. The support and information I got from the Campers Inn team was Outstanding. From our salesman Brad Simcoe, To the General Manager Travis Gray we were treated extremely well. The service mgr Matt Hartman gave us a great walkthrough and lastly Zach Kimrey the finance lead completed all our paperwork in a quick and error free manner. At first we weren't convinced we wanted to purchase a new trailer. But after interacting with Travis and his team there was no way we could resist. Thanks for all your help.

Worked with sales Brad Furgerson for my first trailer, Brad and team of Campers Inn are really good for help me to get what I need. Just make me and wife comfortable to stay with them. Bought a nice 2021 Lance 1985 TT, which is right size foot plan for us, their service and demo are good, we are happy to work with the team there, so I would highly recommend to work with Campers Inn in Troy.

Went there today to look at campers, I don’t wanna deal with Sales Person until I’m ready to buy welp every camper in the Fenced in location is LOCKED you have to go inside speak to a Sales Person and then they follow you around with keys. NOPE sorry you lost my business maybe. CAMPER World (largest camper store in USA) has every one of there campers unlocked so you can just go in and out looking as you please then go deal with a Sales Person. Sorry I had to give a 1 star because it would have been a ZERO if I was allowed to. Wasted my time stoping.

We had the best experience buying our Airstream through Campers Inn of Troy. We worked with Brad in the sales department over the phone and committed to a trailer sight unseen. Brad was great to communicate with and made the process seamless! Zach in finance was awesome and worked with us to get the best deal. The whole process was smooth and painless! Matt did our demo and made us feel confident with our new camper! We can’t recommend going through Campers Inn enough, definitely worth the drive to do business with such great people!

Amazing! What a great experience I had purchasing my new camper at Campers Inn. Tim, Travis, Joe and Zach were all wonderful to work with. I also had a great interaction with the Parts Manager (I'm so sorry I do not remember her name, but she was awesome). I found them after I did a search and decided to stop in to see what kinds of campers they carried. The receptionist (super nice lady) quickly found one of the sales guys, Tim, to help me. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and he found several campers for me to check out. They were all perfect matches. He did a great job explaining the features and pointing out newer options available vs.my old camper. Great communication through the entire process. From choosing the camper, to the walk-through with Joe, to ordering a camper cover, to the finance paperwork with Zach, everything was just stellar. Friendly, competent, invested in what they're doing, and just a pleasure to do business with. I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys, you all rock.

Our experience is very pleasant today. We met with Brad Ferguson, the sales person. He was very knowledgeable, knew product inside and out and also use life experiences to Explain the ins and outs of the RV. Not just him, but everyone was pleasant and friendly. I would recommend, and will recommend campers inn to anyone looking for a camper or RV. We left with a good feeling unlike the other purchase we have in the past but other items at other companies.

Buying our second travel trailer was a big decision for us. Two Airstream dealers were competing for our business and we ultimately chose Campers Inn RV of Troy. While they came up with a competitively priced deal, what really made the decision easier were Campers Inn’s sales, service and finance teams. Brad Furgeson and his manager, Josh, were very professional through our negotiation process. Zach in the finance dept.walked us through the financing options as well as the various extended warranty and protection programs without any pressure. Once we finalized the purchase of our Flying Cloud, Matt in the service dept.walked us through our trailer’s various features and systems in great detail. We had heard some dealers may not provide an in-depth ‘walk through’ but Matt answered every question we had and gave us some inside tips he has learned through his professional and personal experiences as a ‘camper’. We are more than pleased with the folks at Campers Inn and the experience they provided as we moved through the process of becoming owners of our new Airstream.

Purchasing my new ROCKWOOD from Campers Inn of Troy was one of the best experiences I’ve had. They worked hard for me to make the deal with no pressure. Brad was super knowledgeable on the inventory and a great matchmaker for your wishlist. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Brad Simcoe and the sales staff are terrific. We bought an Airstream 19 which turned out to be too small and we moved into an Interstate 24 GL. We absolutely love our new coach. He is very approachable and attentive to our needs as this was our first RV experience and we had a lot of questions. 5 stars from the Bryant’s and highly recommend you approach him if your interested in a recreational vehicle! My husband and I decided to trade our camper in for a smaller unit and we drove to Campers Inn in Troy to see what our options were. We were warmly greeted at the front door and handed over to Brad to begin our search. Brad was patient and answered all of our questions even when we thought we knew what we wanted. We changed our minds several times but ultimately decided on a Rockwood mini lite. Zach in finance was great to work with and got us a great deal. Jim and Josh helped us with our walk through and answered all of our questions. Overall it was a great experience. If you’re looking for a new camping unit, please go see them

Their warranties their guarantees is not worth the paper it's written on. I'll be getting a hold of the BBB can't even talk to these people. Have somebody check these units out before you even buy just beware.

I would not recommend buying here from out of state. We came from IN 3 hours away so we arrived as soon as soon as they opened. Sales was a pleasure to work with but since we could not take the camper with us that day we have to schedule an appointment to come back and pick it up. Not to big deal but we did have to wait an hour for Todd. Once we finally got into finance, Todd kept getting the paperwork wrong and we had to re-do it several times. He added in a warranty that we didn't ask for or agree to. He did remove it but we were stuck there for several hours since he continuously had to re-do the paperwork. I asked several times what the process would look like for the registration/plate but was told they handled it. Todd did tell us an inspection from the BMV was needed for our registration/plate on 7/15, this was submitted 8/28 with in the time frame Todd provided us. We were not told until 9/6 that the original copy needed to be mailed. This was mailed 9/7 and on 9/11 Layne let us know she would overnight our paperwork to Opus. I reached back several times that month and finally receive a follow up on 10/4. I was told I needed to call the BMV for an update. When I asked for a tracking number nothing was provided to me. I was told the status was showing BMV on Todd’s end but the BMV told me they had no information on our camper. On 10/12 I was asked to pay an additional registration fee of $1,800 because our registration was within 60 days of expiration. When I asked why the delay happened and again for a tracking number I was called and told this happens. Because it is camping season and we want to use our camper we just bought I payed the extra registration fees so they would give us an extended temp tag and continue the process. I asked to speak to a manager and was sent back to Todd who is not being helpful. I am currently trying to get an answer on the delay and asking for a refund since the delay seems to be on campers inn’s end. Overall, I could not be more disappointed with our experience
