Campus Pointe, Kent OH

I absolutely LOVE Campus Pointe! I have had a great experience living here so far, and I just renewed my lease for next year. The staff is super nice and their maintenance team is very helpful. I love having my own bedroom and bathroom, and our own washing machine! They have so many amenities to choose from, my favorite being the yoga room. I would 100% recommend Campus Pointe to anyone looking for an affordable place to live near Kent State!

I love living at Campus Pointe! It's so nice having my own bathroom and the amenities here are amazing! The staff is also so nice and very helpful. Plus, maintenance is always great about completing service requests at a reasonable time! Overall a great place to live, I would recommend Campus Pointe to anyone!

Love living here! Staff is helpful awesome free parking, pool, volleyball court, gym, basketball court, pet friendly and so much more! Price is amazing and just renewed wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

Such an amazing place! There is a great community feel and the staff are so friendly and helpful! I love the spacious living area and all the amenities offered! Super pet friendly and my pup loves to run around the fenced in basketball court! I love the gym, pool, volleyball court and that I can go pick up my packages super easily. The prices are great and an amazing place to live!

I have lived here for almost a year and love it! The office staff and maintenance are really nice and helpful. There are also a lot of events put together that are very fun! I highly recommend this place to live to anyone who’s looking!

Very nice complex, super clean clubhouse with a nice gym and yoga studio. Pool is always clean as well. Rooms are awesome, the beds are comfortable and all the amenities are up to date. The staff is super friendly and will help you with most anything you need. I have lived in a few different apartments in and around Kent and this is by far the best experience I’ve had!

Love living here! Each resident gets their own bathroom & own bedroom, which is the best thing anyone could ask for. The staff is very friendly & always willing to help. I would recommend campus pointe to anyone!

I’ve been living at Campus Pointe for 2 years now and I love It! The amenities are great and there is plenty of room in the apartment for all of my things. Definitely feels like home!

The staff is extremely useless and very frustrating to work with on nearly any matter. They will not budge on nearly any policy and their level of stupidity is unbelievable. They are only interested in your money and nothing more. I would not advise living here - save your money and find a more desirable option with better managment.

Great experience! Some people say rents a little high, but for the location and places (POI-points of interests) surrounding it definitely worth every dollar! Staff is great, and very friendly!

Everyone is very friendly and caring toward each other. I got to meet a lot of new people. The apartment set up is very nice and every piece of furniture is in good condition. The walls are pretty thick too so outside noises can't really be heard. The staff at campus pointe is also very helpful and caring to make sure each resident has a good experience.

I really did like it here but I’m giving one star for the simple fact of how they are handling giving me and my current roommate a third roommate. We both were sent an email with the subject stating “New Notification from Campus Pointe. ” This notification was to tell us that we were getting a random roommate, but Campus Pointe failed to mention when this new person was moving in and if we had missed this email, we would have never known ahead of time that we were to expect a new person in our apartment. This emailed should have had a more detailed subject stating it involved information regarding this new roommate. We replied and asked if it was true, that a new person was moving in, they responded with “Yes. Is there any other questions or concerns? ” We had to blatantly ask for the date that we were to expect our new roommate whom we have never met or talked to before. Not only did it take FOUR emails to get a move-in date, but they are giving us a week to prepare for a stranger to move in. It wasn’t until we expressed our concerns as to how they notified us of the new tenant that my roommate (not me) got a phone call from the leasing office notifying her we were expect a new roommate in the future. Not only are we frustrated that this information was sprung on us, but the way Campus Pointe handled our frustration was poor. Campus Pointe should have notified both my roommate and I with a detailed email stating who our new roommate is, when they were moving in, and how to contact them if needed prior to move-in, and we should have received a phone call with the same information, just in case we were to miss this important email. I am also aware this is not the first time this has happened. I cannot express how disappointed I am that Campus Pointe cares more about moving random tenants into random apartments and not properly notifying those who already reside there.

I really have no complaints about this place. Location and price are perfect and the apartments have plenty of space. Price is really good and staff is always friendly and not in the fake “customer service voice 100% of the time when they’re talking to you” way. No complaints here, most likely spending the rest of my college career here.

Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Management only cares about the money, there is only 2 maintenance guys that work for the whole complex. We had a ceiling leak which lead to holes being cut into our ceiling, which then lead to a chipmunk in our apartment. When we called to get this removed it was a weekend and they tried to blow it off as if we were lying until we threatened to take it to court is when they finally showed up. You can hear your neighbors above and below. When we moved in the apartment was a wreak, we didn’t even have a microwave door.

Campus Pointe is crazy overpriced and unreasonable. Lived here two years and I've always had issues during move in and out with units not being ready or information about move in being wrong. Because it is a campus community, issues with roommates run rampant and management gets over involved. Maintenance issues are resolved slowly and security doesn't do a great job about noise or parties.

Have lived here for a semester now and have no complaints! Great apartments very roomy and the staff is always here to help with anything. The maintenance men are great at their job and their service is quick even within the hour sometimes! Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to live in Kent.

The quality of these apartments are horrible. You can hear conversations from your neighbors, and people above you stomping. The management only cares about your money. The neighbors stole my mat, and management did nothing about it.we've also made a countless number of noise complaints because of our neighbors excessive noise, which they did nothing about. Management said my 3 roommates and I were lying, after providing video proof of the noise. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE! NOT WORTH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AS A COLLEGE STUDENT! (didn't even want to give this place one star but I have to in order to post this)
