I've taken my dog Gracie to these fine folks quite a few times for nail trimming or a bath. They're always cheerful and kind to Gracie, and they do a great job on her. I've recommended these folks to several of my friends and will continue to use their services.

I was less then happy with the customer service. The lady there did not introduce herself, attempt to speak with me or ask me any questions whatsoever, despite the fact that my dog was a new client. She did not talk to me at all when I was picking my dog up. She failed to ask if I was satisfied with the work she did or any other inquiries. My dog's haircut looks choppy and rushed. In short I have no intention of returning. My poor dog has been jumpy since I picked her up, a characteristic that is not common for her. I'm truly curious if she treats the animals in her care kindly or if she is in such a rush to complete her task that she fails to notice their distress.

Monica doesn't return phone calls, she treats the animals poorly and blames you if something is wrong. Dog came home with fleas and an uneven haircut, she nicked a mole, which is now enlarged and has to be removed. A 40 dollar haircut turns into 300 in vet bills when you're done. Also to thw owner of walter hope you are reading as she was cursing at him when my mother walked into speak with them. Will never be back, will never recommend ever again. Stay away, far far away.

I've been going there for 2 yrs and she does all three of my poodles always have done a wonderful job and very kind and courteous.

Our 3 dogs love going here. They are always so excited when we pull up here and they come home smelling so good and looking great! Our youngest dog is a rescue with serious behavior issues. It didn’t phase Monica at all. She is the only person outside of our family that he will go to. We’re so thankful to have Canine Castle in our neighborhood and would recommend them to anyone!

Was agressive with our dogs. And then attacked us on social media when we recommended a different groomer. Highly DON'T recommend.

Professional staff that take great care and pride in their work. Have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend.

Owner is rude, does not do what you ask her to and won’t explain why, dogs were terrified to go back.

This place has went down hill fast. When the older man was there I was charged a fair amount and he did what I asked. Twice now my dog was shaved all the way down when I specifically asked for just a trim. Also charges $20 more. Wasn't ready for pick up when needed. I am very sad because I use to love this place.

This place is absolutely wonderful. He was absolutely wonderful with my dog. The price was great. To be honest it was so. Cheap I tipped more then they charged me. They were extremely accommodating to my very busy schedule.

I had heard some not-so-great things about this place, but after our regular groomer refused to work around our schedules, we needed a new groomer decided to give them a shot. The staff are friendly, and my pup, who suffers some pretty bad anxiety, doesn't seem to mind going there. Services are very reasonably priced compared to lots of other places around, and she always comes back looking cute.

Very rude online to anyone that doesn't agree with them. I was going to use this service before I saw how they treat people who question them.

Completely shaved our goldendoodle and our labradoodle (which was unevenly shaved) Then left their head and tail completely untouched. No trim on their head. Their tails look like steps on the bottom due to the awful mess. They messed up our dogs under coat. $140 for a complete botched hair cut and shave. And it took 7 hours for this horrific mess. I will never ever go back there.
Do not waste your money.

Monica was extremely rude. I took my dog in, no issues. Then we had to pay. Every single time the price has went up. 22$, 35$ and now 40$. Unbelievably she laughed as I said I’ve never been charged this much. She’s a small dog. Rude and arrogant. Will never be returning.
