I am new to Ohio, which has been a culture shock because I’m from a really big city. Here in Canton, it’s a hit or miss when it comes to good service. When it comes to this company, you are receiving. EXCELLENT service. The person who answered the phone gave me no pushback when I asked her, her name. The price for the glass that my family and I had replaced came out to such a good price it made me feel valued.and that's what I'm looking for in businesses here in Canton Ohio and surrounding areas.so if I ever have any type of issues with glass that I believe should be repaired, this is going to be the company I go to first.

Even a security bracket on one of the corners of this vintage window was attached by this company to secure the glass safely. It was extra meaning they didn't have to do it, and they didn't charge. They charged for the glass. I really appreciate this type of a little further into customer service and retention type of action.

A lot of family members did not see the quality in this vintage window, but I did, and I'm really glad that this company did as well.

Chops has been the owner/ operator for decades. They are excellent at what they do. If you need windows, glass of almost any kind, mirrors, or custom work done this is the place to go.

My kind of place to take your broken glass too. Very nice people and very nice prices that you can afford. I have been going there for 4 years know I love it!
