Absolutely worst year or my life. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything and if they do it is the bare minimum quality. I moved into a “villa” at $1500 a month and the garage door never worked ever! I never got to use it even once and begged for the whole year for it to be fixed with unanswered phone calls and emails. The back patio “locks” with a metal stick because it is “too costly” to replace the patio doors. They “repaired” my kitchen cabinets with wood glue and dry wall screws. The grass was rarely cut until it got so high that your kids couldn’t even play outside due to bugs and insects. They say “new management” just took over but nothing has been done to remedy any issues so people just keep leaving and moving out. Trash and furniture is always everywhere and customer service started to help but just completely stopped responding after my 3rd month of living there in a 12 month lease. Please please think twice before you sign a lease and pay waaaaaaaay too much money for such a run down disfunctional community.

Before submitting your application, take a drive through the complex. Grass hasn’t been cut in weeks, siding falling off, dented garages and trash everywhere. And this is the entire complex not just the apartments. Rent at your own risk.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, RENT FROM HERE OR ANYTHING! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR RENTERS, OR ANYTHING ELSE! THEY WILL LET YOU BURN ALIVE AND SAY “IM SORRY THAT DOESNT FALL ON ME. ” THERE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE ARE ALWAY SHORT STAFF AND DONT RESPOND TO EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE REQUEST IN A TIMELY MANNER! YOU CAN NEVER GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE EITHER UNLESS YOU GO TO THE OFFICE! THIS PLACE IS TRASH!

Do not, I repeat DO NOT move here. Terrible office staff, they never answer phones, maintenance is a joke and will never respond and if they do won’t fix properly. They will raise your rent through adjustments of utilities as a run around. Unkept yards, run down townhomes, the amount of evictions and trash littering the curb is ridiculous. Run by slum lords and frankly need investigation into their dealings with health hazards.

Girls in office are a bunch of jokes no help useless sit around all day and lock the doors on people maintenance garbage don’t expect anything to get fixed around here! This place is one big JOKE!

Knew someone who stayed here under the old management years ago. They never would fix things. Fast forward to now. I was hoping they were different. I applied and paid the $100 administrative fee. They had a place on my profile. I called, emailed often to check up on app. No one would respond. They ended up putting canceled on my app with no explanation. So it clearly seems like they are just taking folks money

Thieves and crooks! If I could give 0 I would. This place has scammed me over and over. I saw the reviews and against better judgement I applied anyways. I was told to apply and someone would call me within 48 hours. After a few weeks of no returned calls or emails I popped up and was told that I was placed on a waitlist. I asked originally if they had a waitlist and they said no. They seemed to be apologetic and also stated that the person who told me that had been fired. They stated they had no units in my desired size available so I opted for a smaller unit and was told that I would have to pay another application fee. I paid the fee. Due to the severity of me needing to move I paid it. It’s been over 4 months and over 40 calls and 23 emails and I have yet to hear from anyone. Everyone please save your money and go somewhere else. They list their apartments as available just to get the application fees and leave you stranded. Crooks!

Waste of a $100 application! I went in and toured an apartment and decided to apply. No response, went in 10 days later and they hadn’t even reviewed my profile yet. I was told they’d be on it first thing and 3 weeks later nothing. I’m 23 with a clean record and make $8,000 a month, you’d think they’d want me to move in. Oh well, my money spends just as good elsewhere! I’ve waited over 30 days not and no response from this place. I should t have to keep going there in person to check on it. Money grabbing management

It is very hard to get maintenance to come to your aid, and if there come did never finished that work and didn’t have a good approach if you have to confirm with them.my experience living in this apartment from December till now has cost me lotta headaches that I have never experienced in my life.

I currently live here. I personally advise you not to live here. I moved in on January 19th of 2023 (this year) and have had no heat since then up til current day. The maintenance has done nothing to help and neither has the office. Nobody has returned my calls, my emails, or my requests. I get no call no shows, and they don’t communicate anything and everything has been completely unprofessional. 4 days ago my neighbor who lives above me had a toilet that overflowed and caused water damage to my apartment. It took 3 hours for someone to finally show up and all he did was look at it and left. I’ve called, emailed, and all of the above to get this situation resolved. Nobody has come to fix it still. The ceiling is still wet, stained yellow, the carpets are still soaked, and they smell like pee. 10/10 would not recommend renting here. Worse experience I’ve ever had with renting.

DON'T APPLY HERE. We applied to live here in the summer of 2021. After taking over $120 for an application fee and being told verbally we had a place move in ready we were told the apartment was given to someone else. We were told we could have a different apartment a month later and called back to confirm and were told "we have no idea who told you that, but it was a lie". After that the front office started actively ignoring our calls. Not to mention every time we called we were told the person we had spoken to prior was "no longer with us" (that happened 4 times). 0/10 front office.

Wanted to apply for residency because of the location so I called to find out a little more information before paying the $100 application fee. After the third day of not getting an answer I decided to drive to the leasing office. When I arrived I decided to drive around the neighborhood first and I’m glad that I did! There was garbage everywhere, so many people had broken blinds, several broken and missing garage doors on the townhomes, and a few abandoned vehicles just to name a few. The atmosphere was ghetto. I’ll keep looking.

Broken pipes, furnace not working, never fix anything. The emergency maintenance line is a joke, takes hours to respond. Ceiling and walls damage from broken pipes, still no repairs to it. Carpet not cleaned from disgusting water from pipes breaking. Watter leaking through outlet that's not up to code. Apartment is a fire/ health hazard and all they care about is the rent being on time and not their tenants.

In and out of new ownership. Why? Quick buys to later realize the amount of repairs needed to stay within code. Little actually being completed. Seems the poor insulation I experienced back in 2017 still hasn't been corrected, per the other reviews. Management prioritizes issuing forward bills to door fronts than fixing their phone lines or replying to emails. They keep sending me reviews for the front staff to do more holiday themed events when they should be bringing quality service up to par. That's been lacking for too long. Absolutely a place where you get what you pay for. Stay away if you can. Even us 10 year residents can't make contact.

Thank you to everyone about your reviews. Two of my children who have kids were looking into these townhouse complex. The reviews are terrible and its sad that most people had bad experiences and the people who owns them is just collecting your money but doing nothing to resolve the issues because they been on going for to long. They won't be wasting their time or money on money hunger individuals who care nothing about people. They obviously only care about the money they collecting from the tenants who is being inconvenient and have to live below their standards.
