I have been trying for 2 days to get a hold of someone to get an appointment with Dr D. I hurt my back. The portal does not work. I get put on hold and nobody ever answers. This is uncalled for.

Very slow phone response. On hold for over 20 min trying to check on a specialist referral. This is not the 1st time it is happened.

I love Dr. D! But the staff acts like they just don't care! When you call to talk to receptionist no one ever answers. I have sat on hold for over 30min at a time with no answer multiple times! Something needs to be done about this! As to can see in the reviews I'm not the only one.

I went to Dr. Nash for almost 2 years and she was very rude to me on several occasions. I changed to another office far away from this one. They were not very courteous and I am glad that I changed to a new Dr. Wow, that was bad experiences

Dr Hackman and his nurse Linda great but service from support staff deplorable. Calling is a nightmare, and had to wait two months for records release to another doctor

Let me start out by saying Dr. Dipietra is great. He will make you wait, sometimes up to 2 hours before being seen, but once he's in the room, he's all ears. The rest of the support staff are miserable. The level to which they are dispassionate is almost amusing if it wasn't so infuriating. They frequently ignore you while they chitchat amongst themselves. Getting someone to answer a phone or call you back is an exercise in futility. They do not have a digital setup so you have to take your handwritten scripts to the pharmacy. Seeing that I have had to make 3 trips to the pharmacy today due to errors from CMC is what prompted me to write this post. I am currently seeking a new PCP which is a shame because I like Dr. Dipietra. However, putting up with the character of the staff and jumping through hoops truly isn't worth it.

I do not like western medicine, first place. Pharmaceutical companies have to much control of health care. My doctor goes right inline with that. They probably can manage your sickness very well. The will not find out wants wrong and help you fix it. My doctor does not listen to me. My doctor does not take my concerns seriously.
