Words cannot express the gratitude and appreciation I have for Dr. Ed Baynham and Dr. Marcia Baynham! They are absolutely the best in the business and make you feel like family. I had an implant surgery completed a couple weeks ago. After my surgery, Dr. Ed called to check in on me on a Saturday. He cares and takes time to answer all your questions. Dr. Ed and Dr. Marcia are extremely knowledgeable. If you happen to be on a waitlist, please know, it’s worth the wait. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Ed for the extra miles you went for me as a patient. You’re an incredible doctor and I’m (and so is my family) a patient for life!

I had an excellent experience at this office. My foot problem was diagnosed quickly and the doctor made sure spend a lot of time with me to answer my many questions. Thank you Dr. Marcia Baynham!

I am so thankful we found this practice, I wish we would have found them before we saw any other doctor. The moment we walked in we were greeted so kindly. We saw Dr. Edward Baynham who really took his time to make my daughter feel comfortable. I had a lot of questions and he was so nice about taking his time to explain everything to my daughter and I. I will forever recommend this office to my friends and family.
(a little background) I brought my daughter to Capital City Foot & Ankle for a second opinion and evaluation after a very negative experience with another podiatrist, that left my daughter in pain and not healing correctly. The experience with the other podiatrist caused my to be daughter extremely scared and anxious about having her toes looked again. Dr. Baynham (Ed) did a wonderful job talking to her and making her feel comfortable. She was so scared and anxious before the appointment and by the end was laughing and visibly so much happier and relaxed. Also special thanks to Cathy, the receptionist. She is such a kind soul and so sweet she also really helped us both feel like we were in good hands as soon as we came in.

I have been to a ton of podiatrists because of a recurring ingrown toenail, but Capital City is so amazing I’d give a 6 stars out of 5. Cathy, the receptionist that was attending while I was there was amazing. She is so very kind and accommodating, even when I had a conflict with the prescription I was put on. She even remembered what I had talked about regarding school and remembered my name after only one visit. Dr. Baynham was excellent as well. Advising me for the best procedure to move forward, and making sure I was comfortable. He also made good conversation with me regarding school and it’s much appreciated. I’ve been to so many podiatrists where they’re very down to business and not personable. CC is the best of both worlds. It’s also very affordable, and I wasn’t charged a copay for a follow-up. If you live close to campus, this is a very quick drive and I cannot recommend it enough.

This is an outstanding podiatry practice - I spent years going to a different provider and regret that 500%. From the friendly receptionist to Dr M. Baynham’s thoroughness and friendliness this place is fantastic. For footcare for elderly on Medicare it is an entirely different experience from what I received elsewhere. I strongly recommend them!

It was Dr. B treatment that gave me some foot pain relief. I wish I had gone to his office a lot sooner!

I scheduled an appointment recently [12-23-2019] at Capital City Foot and Ankle because my long-time podiatrist has closed his private practice and has not yet moved to his new location at an Ohio State Family Medicine location that is further from my home and also is inaccessible via COTA.

Capital City Foot and Ankle had been able to schedule me, for what potentially would be a "one-time-only" appointment, one day earlier than my traditional "every-six-weeks" date with my long-time podiatrist.

I was able to walk from my home to Capital City Foot and Ankle in about ten minutes. The support staff who had greeted me in the lobby and had processed my "new patient" paperwork, and the podiatrist who had spent time with me that day, had been extremely friendly.

My feet actually felt better after my appointment, which made walking back home after my appointment all the more pleasant. And this new podiatrist did several things that my long-time podiatrist has never done. In addition, it was good to be able to get a "second opinion" on several matters.

While I have enjoyed the consistency of my long-time podiatrist over the years, the now-easier travel and my extremely-pleasant experience last week are causing me to consider switching permanently to Capital City Foot and Ankle.

Great experience at this location. Dr. Marcia provided professional service at a very reasonable cost, considering I had no health insurance. She did not charge me for the follow up visit. The receptionist was very personable also. Definitely would recommend their services.
