Capps Pizza, Chardon OH

First time ordering, ribs had a weird taste to them wouldn't ever order them again. It was a great disappointment this was for my birthday dinner! The only thing I ate was the salad and the bread. What a letdown!

Why do you advertise open for take out till 9pm but when we call at 8: 30 you say done for the night? ALL THE TIME!

Called to place an order. maps says this address is Chardon. The lady on the phone said it's the Claridon location. I was trying to place an order with items selected from the Leroy locations menu. Apparently, these two locations have fairly different menus; which is fine.

The issue is that the lady on the phone had an attitude and was condescending. She apparently thought I was on hold when she was complaining about my ignorance to a coworker as I looked over their locations menu to adjust my order. I just canceled my order and chose to eat elsewhere.

Ordered a Blt PIZZA and received a Blt sub. This was not what I ordered but they insisted that it was. Food wasn't great.

This place is amazing burgers and service.they just to move out of the hole in the wall spot.and get a dine in! Maybe buy that 322 bar

Walk in pickup place. Ordered 2 pizzas, one large one small, $50. The sauce had no taste. The pepperoni were bland. Basically, it was like eating nothing. First time trying it, too. It looked very good. It just needed some seasonings and taste. The staff were very nice though, and very hard working. I was hoping for more, seeing as it is close.

Food was ok. Too much sauce covered the pizza so much the cheese fell off.
Idk wasn't what I expected

I ordered dinner pickup for myself and the other nurses i work with. We ordered a cheeseburger and a couple of pizzas. The cheeseburger came with bacon we never asked for. The fries were really undercooked and floppy. Threw the whole meal out sadly. The pizza wasnt very good. I wouldve been better goin to a little ceasars. Very unimpressed.

Ordered out Sunday. Food was right on time and delicious! Friendly, pleasant staff. Always a good experience!

I happened to be in the lobby the other day when another costumer was screaming at the poor girl working the phones she kept apologizing and trying not to escalate the situation offering a discount or credit even tried to offer to remake the food. Eventually someone who I assume is a manager came up and calmed the lady down. I felt so incredibly bad for the girl she looked as though she was going to cry. This is why I will always treat costumer service workers with my upmost respect.the people they have to deal with I have ordered here for years and the workers have always been super nice and respectful. I love their food as well. The burgers are awesome just like the pizza and my favorite, the buffalo chicken wrap!

Never answer calls, they say they’re open but you try to order and ignore your calls. Plus they continue to get orders wrong time and time again.

Food's okay, but the people there aren't nice. If you're drifting down through US 322, might be good for a lark and those Garlic Balls, but that's it.

I ordered hamburgers, and the their pretty good. And they were still hot when I went to eat once I got home.

Had their Philly Steak and Cheese Sub I believe. The steak was cooked so beautifully and the breading was just the right amount of crunch without falling apart! Definitely going to get again in the future!
