Capriotti's Sandwich Shop, Pickerington OH

The service was far above normal fast food. The wagyu cheese steak was the closest I've had to a real Philly again. And the cole turkey was a fantastic take on a sub it was delicious.

Seems to be going downhill. Just received the soggiest fries of my life. Just a clump of potato jammed in a cup. For the money they charge and the limited menu you'd think they could get the fries right.

Best tasting sub in Pickerington. Sub was stuffed with plenty of meat and fixings. You get your money's worth. I would rather pay a little more and get subs that I enjoy - Capriotti's - than get other local subs that are just average. Well Done Capriotti's!

Just ordered a sandwich and waited 15 minutes came back in to a empty store. No sandwich started. Took another 5 minutes to get a refund still no chef in sight. Buyer bewareeeee

Fast friendly service. Restaurant is clean. Cool lighting and upbeat music playing. Great subs too! Doesn't disappoint.

I've had the experience of eating here one but I've done lot of catering pickups and all I can say is they have the best turkey sandwich I've ate in ohio

Had a very horrible experience at this location. Highly advise against eating here. Date night with The Lady, we go to Capriotti's for a sub. I DO NOT eat meat so the Impossible Cheese steak was right up my alley.i had been one time before had the same sandwich, felt like i was missing a few things; grilled bun, lettuce, tomato, there was a bun just not toasted.so on date night knowing how i wanted my sandwich, i ordered accordingly. My Lady ordered her sandwich along with fries and we're dining in.
Our sandwiches come labeled in writing not legible, without fries, we let staff know we are waiting on fries. While waiting on fries i proceed to open my sandwich, realize bread not grilled and no lettuce or tomato.i immediately shoot to the counter and explained my sandwich is not correct. The crew begin talking amongst themselves about what THEY did in making my sandwich and in listening to them it was everything i ordered. While the discussion is being had, the crew member who had taken the order.grabbed the sub i brought back and just added lettuce and tomato to my sandwich, because the other crew members was having the debate about who done what! So, i've went back to my seat and the crew member who made an attempt to correct the sub brought it to me, and told me she added the lettuce and tomato, my answered "I saw, bread not grilled and i'm still waiting on my fries. I go to bite my sub and no sooner than i sink teeth to sub 3 crew members is running out to me, sir, sir, here"s your sub! I BOLT to the bathroom yelling i want my money back! After spending 20 min in the restroom throwing up, i come out to a phone call from the owner of the store, who informs me she saw on the security camera i had an issue? I explain the situation, and as i'm explaining Rebecca (The Owner) cuts me off to say, the staff is in training i'm sorry this happened to you, if u would leave your name and number i'll be happy to refund your money. I yelled aloud i wanted my money back so when Rebecca mention refund, I turn to My Lady and asked had they done so, she raise the receipt to me and me taking tat to mean they did. They didn't. I was refunded only for my sandwich. Goes to show ppl don't care about doing the right thing by folks. Especially your local resturants, Customer service and appreciation is what keeps you in business the food can be just ok and consistant, but what'll keep them coming is knowing you will be taking care of. The stor was trashed, a flood of water from mop closet all in front fountain drinks and one of the crew members had their 5,6, or7yr old at the job running around eating all the suckers off the donation stand. I will never go there again, and the way i feel its best. They tried to kill me! And kept my money, the crew member got a tip, taste for any food that night, forget about and the owner saying idk what your expecting? REALLY!

This place was OK. I don’t think it was as good as Penn Station. What really made me rate this at a 2. Was the sun was $10. Then I wanted to try the fries so I got a combo meal. Which is a med fry and drink. The drink was $2.79 and the fry was $2.99. But to make it a combo it cost $6.99 extra? Do the math something don’t add up.

Going downhill like every other restaurant/fast food place. America. Where you can get poisoned for $12 and barely ate it.

Had my first Capriotti's sub in Welmington, DE. Just ordered from Pickerington local. Cheese steak was phenomenal. Got the Bobbi which is the reason I ordered because of my experience with the DE location. Please send someone from Delaware to show them a perfect Bobbi. No disrespect P-town but was not a authentic Bobbi! Love y'all tho!

Super good steak subs! They are a little more expensive than other sub shops but it's totally worth it.

It was very fresh & the taste was great. Didn't take too long for a carryout order.

I order twice this week for my first experience eating Capriotti's. The food is great but both my pick up orders had missing items! The first order was missing ketchup which I can forgive but my second order was missing 2 brookies and 2 chocolate chip cookies. That is egregious! $7.50 of dessert missing when I got home. This has totally killed my experience and I don't know if I'll be back. My firsts and only experience has really got me thinking if I can trust this place.

First time customer. Ordered a classic cheesesteak online, food was ready at the pickup time. Took it home, it was still hot and very good. I would recommend to try it.
