14Food was so so. Ask for extra tartar and the girl at the window assured me there was plenty of tartar in the bag. When I got home there was none. It seems a bit petty but I waited in line for over 20 minutes.
Don’t do it! Getting some fast food turned into an hour ordeal and ripped off: online ordering portal was an endless loop to nowhere, I called, drove thru, got home to a partial order, $13 appetizer basically now I’m eating a frozen dinner. #gotTheD
The food is fine but the service is SLOOOWW and your order may not be right if you order more than 3 dinners.
We stopped here after an hour commute to purchase a car. We are from the Fort Wayne area and do not have a Captain D's. What an amazing lunch we had! We ordered more food than we could eat for a family of 3 for the day, and was only $26. The food was amazing, service was even better. The place reminded me of when I was a kid. It is fast food, but you get a hard plate, metal silverware, and a great sauce selection that is self serve. We will be making another trip again, despite the hour long drive!
Service was very slowly. Lots of clowning around in the back. 25 minute wait for a small order. It's never more then 5-10 min wait. Food was good when we got it.
Love the food. The service could be a little faster. Waited 30 minutes on 2 fish dinners. But while we waited we got a show! The cashier and the drive through cashier got into a huge fight for all to hear about how they didn't like each other and hated working together.
It is usually a 4 there, but on my last visit everything seemed so, soggy. The fish seemed as if they were having a really bad day, and had just given up.
Fish was greasy and not very hot. Shrimp was same but hey I'm the dude eating captain D's. 3 stars just for the Mac and cheese.
Lobster rolls were a hit. The lemon pepper shrimp.horrible. They were small, hardly warm, saturated in some salty sauce and covered in pepper. I also ordered a loaded baked potato was was served warm.
Patronized them wkly minimum for 2yrs! Be careful at busy times. Orders wrong. Food not fully cooked. Done with them.
Very bad order was completely wrong and overturned had two orders i didn't even order had to take it back to get it correct
The green beans were so salty they were barely edible. The juice from the beans spilled over onto the fish and made it very soggy. No more trips there.
They won't let you swap the rice, with the Talipa dinner anymore. Not a diabetic friendly restaurant. They don't want my business
Usually very good and efficient. Tonight they served my food without my broccoli and said they would bring it when it was ready. My tilapia was raw so they said they would make another. The ones I am with are finished with their meal and I am still waiting on the broccoli and tilapia.
