Pretty good. Consistent.

The procedure they have for quarantine is amazing. They're pumping out fresh, HOT food. I actually didn't know captain ds was actually good until today.

Ok. So first off. We LOVE Captain D's. They haven't ever done us wrong. Especially with the Hush Puppies.

So one evening we decided that we would go there and just order 24 Hush Puppies and a slice of chocolate cake. We knew this was weird, but you got to understand we wanted those 'pups.

We walked in and ordered, and the lady at the counter - Sarah I think - was laughing and was super friendly. I hope someone sees this and gives that girl a raise!

Very Good. We haven't ever sat down in a Capt D's restaurant before, usually drive through and eat at home. But our experience was great! Very friendly, good service and checked on us regularly.

Burnt food. Understaffed. Several people had ordered messed up. Manager was very helpful and apologetic. She was doing what she could, but she was the only one who was doing her job.

Great prices and good food for the money. I had the fish value meal and it was fresh and served quickly. I appreciate the drink station and the sides are amazing. Clean eating area and courteous workers. The sauces go great with fries, shrimp, and the fish. I eat here as often as I can.

Forgot my butterfly shrimp and the hush puppies were raw in the middle, also the fish didn't look like fish and was nasty

This week we dined inside and again the food was cold. It is not only cold fish, but the fries and baked potato were lukewarm at best. I asked for another potato and it too would not melt butter. What is the problem at this location?
Update 10/12/19. Returned today and the Manager kindly took care of us. She located our conversation and we received a good hot meal. Both were excellent! Thank you.

I got two 15ps butterfly shrimp dinners and the fries were hotter than shrimp and then open up one of shrimp bc I thought I was almost all breading and to my wonders it's was only a little bit of shrimp and I won't be going back after all that

It's our favorite place to eat my daughter and I take my grandkids there my granddaughter calls it fishdonalds they want to go to fishdonalds instead of McDonald's

Baked fish with shrimp skewers were delicious! Just as good as Red Lobster at over half the price.

I have always loved this place since I was a kid. Im 29 now and have only had 1 bad experience.

Food was not up to par the worst we have ever had there and it was not clean at all food on the floor they just don't seem to care on the later shifts. We was disappointed with this trip.

Good variety on the menu food was great and the evening shift workers on 5/11/19 were courteous. Wish we had one near our home.

What I wanted was not listed on the menu, however they had it and made it for me. Cornmeal fried fish. Some places call it country or southern fried fish. What ever it is called it tasted very good, not greasy or doughy. The sides at Captain D's are always world class and delicious. I thought the price was a little high, but what should I expect for a special order.

Their shrimp was a little smaller than a quarter and over cooked.staff duat kind of acted like they didn't want to be there.

Friendly fast service. Clean restaurant area and clean restrooms. The food is always great and they never get my order wrong!

I appreciate that "fast food" is not going to draw the cream of the crop in the employee hiring pool. I respect that. With that being said, the service received on 5-16-19 was substandard even by that criteria. Used the drive through and had to wait at least 15 minutes on the vehicle ahead of us to get their order. When we finally got our order, the food was luke warm, and missing one side. Honestly, the order had two sides with it and they manage to forget 50 percent of it? Imagine cutting your hand off, you call the paramedics, they arrive, but forget to take you to the hospital. Kind of a big deal wouldn't you agree? I think some core coaching of the employees is in dire need here. Possibly a complete overhaul of the staff. I understand that food service is not life and death like paramedics, but if hold the employees to a similar standards the results will follow.

Sunday is a busy day so I would expect that during lunch hour, my food would be warm. Instead, I got cold food. My lobster bisque was chilled and my parents French fries weren’t done. The cashier, did not speak clearly and multiple times I had to ask her what she said. She’d roll her eyes and repeat. There was a wonderful lady in the sitting area, cleaning up. Her vibe was the only positive thing happening. Very disappointed
