16They were extremely busy on Sunday nite at 530. I ordered carry out. Normal wait time. Order was correct and food was hot. Staff was working very hard both at the counter and the cooks. Great Job!
Very good fish and food, fast friendly service, just carry out food for now, no public restrooms and seating for now.
Service was great. The people working all very nice. Food portions was great. They gave me lors of crunchys for me and my dog. They love my dog and always acknowledge him. Highly recommend.
Received wrong order and company offered to quickly remedy the situation. The food received was good and hot. Social distancing in place and staff wore proper PPE.

I am just trying to get something for free.but in all seriousness as a customer I do not like it when they inspect my coupon and that's why I don't go to fazoilis much either. Not rude but customer service needs a new rep. At McDonald's especially but at other restaurants do not do this. Say what you want but really they are not getting paid extra to not accept the coupon. People aren't nice nowadays to each other. Rant over
Food nice and hot, but not as good as Long John Silvers. I am not fond of their breading, but that is personal preference.
I picked up a door dash order.and they where very easy to work with and had the order ready quickly after I arrived.
Not as greasy as Long John silver's. Still kind of pricey not as bad as long johns. I have to say it's better food and better Christ
Good service. Brought food to our table. The cocktail sauce is no longer as spicy as it used to be.
Got a different meal than I ordered, that being said the food was hot and tasted good. They were not busy at the time. I received the fish tenders meal with okra and coleslaw and a side of clam strips. The fish tenders are homestyle breaded, the okra is good and I believe nobody else has okra in a local chain restaurant.
Went thru drive thru like I do on Tuesdays. The person on the other side of microphone was rude and wanted to hustle me thru I was only vehicle at the time. Reported him to corporate.
Terrible, waited in drive thru to order over 10 minutes. After first hello, please wait a minute then nothing. Would answer me. I thought forgot me so decided to leave. Would have been nice to periodically say something. Cars that had been in front of me were still waiting on their food, 10+ minutes. So I left.
No one in line at the drive-thru and when I pulled up they said please wait a minute and I waited and I waited and I waited. I finally said hello and they said oh thanks for waiting then when I got to the window it took my money and I sat there 12 minutes wondering where my food was. Not sure I'll go back at lunch time anymore. Well of course there was no one there even at lunch time so that should tell you something.
Sign is hard to read and not updated. Still shows the captain sandwich but they don't have them anymore.
It's not even close to long John's tastiness had truck stop food that's set in a warmer fir hours better than their food
