Car Stereo Max, West Carrollton OH

Paid $1200 to have a s stereo and (6) speakers installed as a Christmas gift for my son (all item’s recommended by staff). Went to pick up the vehicle and was just handed the keys, no explanation of how the new system worked. Stereo sounded worse with 6 working speakers than it did with 1 factory speaker that worked. Owner came out and “tuned” the stereo as we were told “radio stations have terrible quality sound”……. Fast forward 2 weeks, my son tries his remote start for the first time since the stereo was installed, it doesn’t work. Called and was told I need to now take it to have it reprogrammed where we had the remote start installed because they don’t know how to “pair” remote starts that weren’t installed by them. Super unhappy and won’t be recommending this place to anyone I know

Car stereo max helped me with a truck issue. They were very quick in diagnosing the issue and it was fixed within 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

This is an awesome shop! They have always stood behind their products. Today I had the battery replaced on my truck. I noticed later my alarm (viper) wasn’t working so I stopped at CSM and they found the issue right away this is a shop you can trust.

Great staff, helped me out with installation of dash cam I had purchased online and was uncomfortable with removing the plastic mirror covers. I was able to install it thanks to their assist.

I stopped in today to get my truck windows tinted. I didn't have an appointment but Chris had an opening so he immediately took it back. He finished in less time than I expected and did a fantastic job. The transaction couldn't have been easier. Will definitely return to CSM!

CSM West Carrollton did a great job in my 79 Trans Am! Matt took the time to listen to what I was looking for performance wise and it came out amazing! The install was neat, organized and very professional! They will be getting my future business!

Highly recommend. Used CSM on multiple occasions with great results. Window tint, tires, and now a set of wheels/tires/leveling kit. They continue to go above and beyond my expectations!

Had car stereo max install a radio and subs in my truck and they did a great job. They were the cheapest in town for the Quality of products I got. They had to do more work than expected and didnt charge me any extra for the extra work. They said something to me when I was talking to them that you don’t hear any more these days”if our names on it will be done right” and they were telling the truth. Can’t thank Matt, Chris or Mike enough for the great job they did and will be a lifetime customer.

Matt was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The guy worked over doing speakers, amp and stinger 12” tailgate subwoofer on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Holy FREAKING SMOKES it’s absolutely BADASS! I’ve never had a stereo system that sounds this amazing.definitely highly recommend him and his guys…

I had window tint and remote starter installed. I love both, especially the window tint. They did a great job on both. This is the 2nd car I have taken to them for remote starter. I highly recommend them. They do do very good work.
