Car Wash and Dog Spa, Columbus OH

I thought the other reviewers were being a little dramatic or that the dog wash would have been fixed by now, but this was absolutely the worst dog wash I’ve ever been to. The tub was clogged, so my dog sat in dirty water as I tried to dry it, the dryer had almost no power, and the hose leaked everywhere. I left with a soaking wet, barely clean dog.

I have been going to do car wash here for a while now but wont anymore because the the card reader has been compromised, there is extra charges comes even when i have not used the car wash, i had to change my card, they need to upgrade their point of sale,

Took my dog here to bathe him.
Tried to use a credit card it wouldn’t accept it even though all the lights are on and says it accepts credit cards.
Tried to use cash. All I had was a ten and 3 dollars. They don’t accept a $10 dollar bills and don’t accept to break anything higher than a $5.
Very bad experience.
For anyone bringing their pup know they only accept $1 and $5.

Very disappointed. The “Soft-Touch Automatic” car wash stopped in the middle of the wash and left me with soap all over the car forcing me to go to a self serve bay to rinse it off making a $14 car wash an $18 one. Do not go here unless you like losing money and potentially having your car damaged.

It's convenient that you can use your credit card there. However, it smells bad sometimes, and sometimes the equipment doesn't work, or there is no soap coming out of the brush.

Stopped here at 7pm on a Friday and they have cones up blocking the entrance. Why are you closed? Why don’t you update your hours? Don’t make a trip out here, save your time

I am very disappointed and disgusted due to putting money in the manual car wash and nothing happening. No water no dirt no milk. Nothing came out. There is no number to even help me with this situation.

Waste. Absolute waste! Doesn't even get dirty of your car with the most expensive wash. Thought it was just once but everytime. The last time, it says it does underbody, nope. Nothing. And no phone number to contact business.

Pros - I love that the baths are in individual, enclosed rooms. I can take both my dogs at the same time by myself. They're open earlier and later than other places (ie, Pet Supplies Plus). Big bonus - the tub set up doesn't kill my back. I also like that the shampoo (sensitive and regular options) is in the water so I don't have to stop, lather, rinse, etc.
Cons - it's way more expensive ($1/min - which ends up being $7.50-8.50 per wash for me). I wish one of the options was for deodorizing shampoo, but I'd rather them be clean than smelling like flowers. The staff cleans regularly, but patrons are expected to clean up after themselves. Most people are good about it, but at times the only reasonable explanation is that a fur-pocalypse occurred and the owners were so shocked by seeing their dog naked that they forgot to clean up after themselves.

1, charged me 10 bucks for 4 minutes on my card. Minimum says 6 dollars on card for 6 minutes. Also spent most my time waiting for soaps to change over. Presoak was sputtering the whole time. This place needs work

Used the dog spa. It was out of shampoo at 9: 30am and was not clean. The mat kept slipping, there was nothing to keep it in place - I do not recommend.

Spent $14 on a car wash that didn't even clean most of my car. When I went to dry my white car with a white cloth it just smeared all of what wasn't cleaned off. Basically looked like it just rained on instead of washed. I'd like a refund.
