Even though this is a "chain" shop, Chris (the manager) takes great care of you as if this was a family owned shop. I have been going to this location for several years and I feel very good knowing I can trust them. Honest, polite, kind and efficient.

At this store, even though it is a chain, the staff acts more as small town garage that knows everyone who stops in. They are good at what they do, and they are honest.

We went to 5 different tire shops and no one could help us. Manager, Chris Burkhardt was busy but took the time to help us get back on the road. He fixed my tire right away and with a great attitude! He didn't make us feel like we were a burden. I highly recommend this location with Manager, Chris Burkhardt!

I highly recommend Chris here at carx I’ve gone here twice for my car and both times they have been fast and half the price compared to other places like firestone an the dealership. I never feel taken advantage of!

Went in for an estimate for my exhaust.and a headlight. Gary Just plugged my headlight back in. NO CHARGE! THANKS SOOOO MUCH!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
The manager Chris just totally ripped me off! I was charged $430 and they did NOTHING to fix my issue which was overheating. When I told the manager my car was still overheating I was told to bring it back in at no charge. Miraculously they found the problem the second time and it was going to be ANOTHER charge of 350 dollars. VERY SHADY. Do not give them your business unless you have money to burn. Will be notifying their corporate office and everyone else I know what they did to me. I've heard stories about Car X before but I didn't believe it until it happened to me. The owner should be ashamed that this is what they are doing to honest people! I am disgusted!

I've taken my vehicle to this Car-X and the staff here is amazing, furthermore their work is superb. Thanks, guys.

I would like to thank chris burkhardt for being the one professional who showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. Furthermore, it must be said, (as a retired firefighter) I know he just saved lives today by showing and explaining to me the seriousness of the damage to this car. 2 other mechanics "fixed " and it just wasn't right.
I brought it to chris burkhardt at Asbury car x and it turned out:
the axle is about to snap off
The brake lines are all rusted through
Gas lines on top and bottom rusted through
Leaking oil from everywhere.
I drive my son in this car!

This Car-X is awesome. Mike and Chris are both very nice and honest. Today was my first time dealing with Mike, but it was a great experience. He explained things in a way I could understand and made sure I was satisfied with the work his men were doing. I took my car to them to have them test drive it. Once they figured out the issue, they had it fixed within a couple hours. I was very impressed! I will definitely be back. Thanks for taking such good care of me:)

Best auto service shop on Beechmont Ave. Chris is awesome! They are friendly and helpful and totally willing to work with you to ensure your car is operating reliably and safely but keeping the costs reasonable. I have taken several different makes and models to them for many years and always had a good experience.

Went in because I had a (almost brand new) tire that suddenly started leaking. Before they put the new one on they asked if I wanted them to look it over for a leak before changing it. They found a screw in it and plugged the hole for free. Couldn't have been nicer!

Very quick and fast service. Put in a new clutch in my car for a cheap price and had it done in a couple days and runs like new! No problems at all with the store.

"I'll be back" as the man said. Chris and his crew did an outstanding job on my 2000 Cadillac ESC. I had a LOF when a damaged CV joint boot was discovered. It is easier to just replace the entire axle instead of just a boot. I also had a coolant flush/fill. Very competitive in price and the service was outstanding. How did I NOT know this gem was so close to me. They have my business for maintenance from now on.

Extremely rude. It's a car place so I don't expect much even then they are very rude and short with you. Ask a simple question, get treated like an idiot.
