Always excellent and trustworthy service! Difficult to find a good mechanic that won't take advantage. They are definitely honest! Highly recommend!

I have been taking my car to Car X for over 4 years now and my car is 22 years old so it is always needing work. You can trust that they will figure out what your car needs and always give a fair price and are honest people. I would definitely recommend this Car X!

A good friend of mine took a chance on car x for a simple serpentine belt job. 3 days later he picked up his Nissan Z wrecked! He had video of him dropping it off in perfect condition and they are still denying damages despite all the evidence showing they were joy riding it! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

One of my close friends and colleague of mine brought in his Nissan Z. Keep in mine I see this car everyday in our parking lot. My friend keeps this car in excellent condition. He brought his car to this establishment for the simple fact that it’s across the street of our business. He has also since been a long time customer of theirs. He brought the Z in for a simple serpentine belt repair. When he went to pick it back up the whole front right was completely dented in. They claimed “this happened before” and ya when my friend showed them a video right before leaving it in there care it was clear this happened in the care of Car x Tire & Auto. They are refusing to repair the car because “it was on a private property and not their responsibility”. Because this one is franchised, shame on the owner for not taking responsibility. They also claimed it was hit by a semi truck.all in all not a good car repair shop. If you want to take your car here, proceed with caution.

A friend of mine brought in their 370Z to get fixed. When he received the car they crashed it. They are refusing to pay for the damages even though there is conclusive proof it's their fault. DON'T GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE EVER.

My hood would not close completely and the manager diagnosed and fixed it immediately! Great service!

A friend of mine brought their car in to get fixed. When they received the car it was damaged. The car was brought in spotless but returned crashed. Car X claims the car was brought in like that, and deny that it was their fault. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

PLEASE DONT SKIP THIS POST. I’ve been a customer here for 10 years, have always loved them and their service. Recently I took my 370z here to get a serpentine belt pully replaced. When I received my car again after the maintenance was done it had body damage and I was told they won’t cover it because it happened in their parking lot and they’re not liable for things that happen in their shop parking lot. I gave them responsibility of my vehicle when I gave them my keys and they gave it back with body damage. With me having such a good and long rapport with them I figured they would cover me. But alas, they told me they are not held liable and they won’t cover me. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!

Somebody I know brought there car here. When they picked it up, it had been crashed. This place refuses to take responsibility for their wrong doings and isn’t paying them back for any of the damage they caused. There is proof of the damage and they still aren’t taking the blame or trying to make it any better. Their customer service is terrible, the people are rude. They didn’t even do a good job with what they were given the car to do. The persons car still had to be payed for when they “fixed” the issue they were were brought the car for, despite all the problems the workers caused when taking the car on a “test drive”. This type of service isn’t reputable and they do not deserve to be in business. For your own good, don’t take your car here. It’s a waste of money with terrible service.

DO NOT COME HERE. A friend of mine brought his car for maintenance and when he got there to pick it up the car had been damaged and they refused to fix it although it happened under their care and done on their property. For your own good do not come here.

Quoted $890 to replace a rear wheel bearing. Said itd take half a day for a quarter day job and estimated nearly 12 hours (which is clearly not half a day). Also quoted me over $400 for the part, which is over 3x what I can buy at a parts store. Maybe the estimate was exaggerated because I'm a female, but i wont be going back here. At least my diagnosis was free

Great service, My son was out of town and had an issue with his car, they were able to figure out the problem and find the part quicker than expected due to the Thanksgiving holiday. So grateful for Frank to make sure my sons car was fixed and ready to go so he could make it back home in time for finals.

Went in due to a blowout in the wall of my tire along with an inquiry to a problem I had with maintaining air pressure in another tire. So close to the holidays, I was expecting it to be super busy, but they were fast and professional with an estimate up front and did their best in keeping it within that estimate.
They even looked into my air pressure problem AND fixed it, telling me what it was and how it was repaired without trying to sell me on any other bells and whistles.

Fast. Affordable. Friendly. Will definitely go back whenever I have a problem.

Union center car x is the best place to get anything done to your car repairs oil changes you name it they can do it at car x. And they sell American made tires! Great place great techs.

Very friendly, quick and inexpensive oil change. I had been looking for a new place since my mechanic stopped doing oil changes. I think I found it. And they do tires which I'll need next.
