Very satisfied. Had to have my 2008 Toyota Sienna worked on twice and both times they did amazing work. Very honest and up front of what needed done on my vehicle. It's hard to find good, honest, mechanics anymore and ones to actually trust and are up front with you. Definitely keeping my business for sure. Jason and the guys that work there are friendly, courteous, and make sure the job gets done right. Highly recommend Car X for sure.

Went into Car X to have my tire looked at because Milford Ohio is doing a lot of road work and obviously not cleaning up their mess and thanks to them I had a huge screw in my tire. Michael was so friendly but unfortunately the tire couldn’t be patched. Two tires was very costly but after calling around and getting prices Jason the manager at Car X did price match which was so nice. The place is very clean and all three guys that work there do a lot of hard work to keep their customers happy and to me that’s what it is about. I would highly recommend the car x in Milford Ohio

Let's start by saying, if you need an honest mechanic that isn't trying to bend you over to make a dollar, go here! Seriously, they're honest, up front and aren't just trying to get one over on you. I was in a bad spot, down a car and didn't think I could afford to fix it. Soon, I was going to let it go back to the finance company because I had to have a second working car for me, my wife and three kids. So, I had a mechanic work on it, that said he could do it. He ended up leaving half way through the job, with my engine torn completely apart, and it turns out he did more harm than good. Instead of a camshaft replacement, after what he did I needed an engine. These guys helped out so much! Not only did they come out to see the car (So I wouldn't have to tow it to the shop before seeing if they could do it), to see if they were comfortable with doing it, but they also found all the problems my other mechanic caused. Not only did these guys look at me like a person and not just another customer, they made sure I was informed through the entire process, answered the phone when we called (which is huge if you've ever called mechanics) and got us back on the road with a car I thought I was going to have to let go. It sounds better than before, and definitely runs like new. I can't say enough good things about this crew, Jason the manager is the one I spoke with throughout the process, Ben one of the mechanics is amazing (i think he did most of the work on my car), and even though I can't seem to remember the others names this whole crew here is just amazing. Trusted mechanic for sure.

I noticed my turn signal blinker was blinking fast and took my car to Car-X in Milford to have Jason and the crew take a look. They identified the issue to be a bad front turn signal bulb and replaced it within 20 minutes and I didn't have to pay dealer mins and pricing. This is the second time I have worked with them and been pleased with the cost and the service. I highly recommend checking them out first before you give your normal garage the work.

I was visiting my sister from out of town & got a flat tire at her house in TP! I called a place & my husband called 3 different places before getting ahold of Jason, the manager at CarX in Milford. He came to me & filled my tire so I could follow him to get patched! He was a LIFESAVER! Once I made it (whew!) the staff greeted me at the door & made me feel comfortable & were so friendly! So very appreciative of the thoughtfulness & service! 10/5 stars!

Will not go back to this place, there was an odor in the waiting room and the manager all he could do was talk about past employees and how bad they were or the things they've done wrong speaks a lot for the business and the manager

These guys are great! We drove up from Louisville to look at a used car and I'm so happy that I had them do a pre purchase inspection. They found that what looked like a good car needed a lot of expensive suspension work. They took the time to show me everything they found and saved me from making a big mistake. The next day I brought them another car to look at and it was a much better option. They still found some work that need to be done and after comparing their prices to my mechanic I had them do the work. Honest, friendly, and stand behind their prices and work. If you're in the area and need a mechanic Jason and his team are the place to go.

These guys are the best in town, no doubt, I had tires pit on her & I would suggest anyone that needs mechanical work done to these guys…

This Car-X Tire & Auto location is fantastic. I received the best service from all the staff members I interacted with. I got a quick, honest and well-priced solution for my problem. I will be coming back here for my oil changes and tire rotations from now on. I highly recommend this location for your unplanned and planned car maintenance needs. And still charged over 800 and not fix trash place will never go there again and still has check engine trash place to take your car or truck.

Needed help with servicing my car and while other shops could not help me due to the circumstances of already purchasing the battery at another location, the manager helped me out because he said he couldn't just not help someone. And while I don't think they would do that again. I know that from that one helpful interaction I will do nothing but recommend this place and look here first for any service needed

Car X always does a good job. I take all my vehicles here. They keep you informed on what’s going on and they are reasonably priced.

My experience here was over the top! They examined my car with me so that I would understand everything 100%. I have honestly never been brought out to the garage with a hands on experience like this before. Doing this really helps a customer understand an issue without confusing them with the mechanic lingo that they wouldnt understand anyways.

Chris is great! He is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about cars and cares about doing a good job. I had been troubleshooting my car for noise and vibration problems. We went for a test drive. He drove and I described the car's history. He figured it out right away which was verified when he put it on the lift. It was the first time I went to CarX and I'll be back.

Friendly staff with a no pressure, no BS approach to the customer unlike many other car service businesses. They had the cheapest price I could find in the area for an oil change. I will return.

The manager Randy is great and know's what he is talking about. The mechanic Ryan dose great work and takes his time inspecting your car. I would highly recommend these two guy's to anyone that ask me about someone to work on there car.
