Bill and his entire team are all exceptional. Not a single place would get me in on a busy Saturday at late notice due to a flat tire but Bill and his team were the exception, they got me in and out without complaint and friendly service on top of that. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. If you’re looking for an auto shop you will not go wrong going here! The best!

Car x in reading is where i go for everything for my car that is they are always helpful and when they tell you a price thats the price i got tires at midas they did extra work i didnt want done then charged for it car x is also very honest one time i had a leak on my passenger side floor I called they said it take 10 minutes to fix and did not charge me anything!
So many car places rip off woman and elders i trust car x on reading and gailbraith rd with my car.

I was driving on the highway and my tire pressure warning light came on. By time I got off the highway it was down to 0. I barely made it in the lot. They were extremely busy but fixed it minutes!

The Car-X at Reading and Galbraith has become a true favorite. The team is super efficient, caring, communicative, fully knowledgeable, thorough, and FAST. We own a single vehicle which is spread very thin at times, and Car-X is extremely sensitive to our need to have it back in working order - as soon as possible. Thank you so much!

Horrible experience for a simple fix. Arrived at scheduled time to get an exhaust hanger welded and possibly a 2 foot section of tailpipe replaced. The manager (Bill) came back into the waiting area after inspecting the issue to let me know the section of pipe will be replaced and welded back into the proper position for $100.00. I agreed to that solution and price. I was there from 9am to almost 11am for a 30-45min fix. I paid the $100.00 and gave $25.00 tip. I assumed since WE agreed on the work to be performed and the price that I wouldn't have to check a simple fix. 1 hour later after getting my oil changed I heard the same clunking noise from the exhaust. Then I returned to CarX and asked why they used JB weld and the manager (Bill) got upset saying he/they welded the area in question. Well that's not what WE agreed to after the initial inspection. I could've very wel "duct-taped" the issue for $16.00 myself, I wanted a permanent fix. He then repeatedly said it's weld give me 5 minutes to put on the lift thing.over and over and over and at one point started walking towards me in a threatening manner as I was supposed to be scared or intimidated by his unpleasant demeanor. LOL I didn't advance in his direction because he appears to be elderly and I couldn't justify defending myself against an elderly person regardless of the situation. He eventually piped down and softly strolled back into the building looking flustered and embarrassed. I wouldn't NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT to anyone for anything under the current management!

The team at this carx is friendly and welcoming. They always squeeze us in with a any request. They are honest and tell us when they can or cannot do something and never try and take advantage.

Shop is always fast, efficient, honest and fair. Bill offers great customer service and always has a pleasant demeanor.

This is the.only place I take my car. Bill is a good manager. I have been taking my car here for years. Bill and his team are very customer friendly. Keep up the good work. I will see you all soon to inspect my new car. Thumbs up to Donny!

Bill and his team are absolutely first rate. Friendly, customer focused and all about building relationships. Very reasonably priced. They have fixed both exhaust systems on my Highlander and Land Cruiser and I have nothing but praise for these guys! Thanks Bill!

Always nice and quick service. I love this place. In and out. And as a woman, I like that they don't try to take advantage of you when you come in. Car service you can trust.

The gentleman that checked me in and check me out was very knowledgeable. He called to let me know that my air conditioner compressor was making a noise and it would need to be replaced soon. He gave me a ballpark estimate of what it would be to replace it. It was not a bad price but I think I'm going to try and repair it myself. I would recommend Car-X to my friends
