Best Ford Dealer ever, a pleasure to purchase our new Ford truck from them. Family run, knowledgeable about the trucks, very helpful with showing us how everything worked, even set up sync for us.

They used to be very friendly. However, sadly since the passing of their father (the owner) the customer service has diminished drastically. They hardly answer the phone, when they do finally pick up they don't use any phone etiquette, and won't call you back. My interaction with Andrew was disappointing. I used to recommend Caranfa, but NOT anymore.

I have ALWAYS had extremely good care at Caranfa Ford. Chris and Andrew in the service department are two of the nicest people you will every deal with. They will always answer my questions and inform me if they find anything that needs addresses. This dealership is very honest and helpful and I highly recommend them!

They replaced an airbag that was on recall. They did it quickly and the guys at the service desk were very helpful and courteous.

Was ready to buy a new truck they had on their lot and asked about trade value for my vehicle. They never called back although they said they tried. Once I got ahold of them they offered me $10k less than any other dealer in the area (my vehicle was a 2021). They said we can only offer you this much & that other dealers are paying more because of inflation.duh. Will take my money elsewhere.

Andrew was an excellent help I am an expeditor and he helped me unload my load because they did not have a forklift at their disposal at that location.

I have friends who work for other Ford dealers in service and sales, but Caranfa is such a good dealership that I choose to go here instead. Chris in service is extremely thorough with addressing every concern, takes the time to explain any process or situation and is great about keeping up with updates. As long as I'm still living within a few hours of here, I will be a lifelong customer I suspect.
