Cardinal Center Shooting Center and Campground, Marengo OH

Just pulled in and unhooked tow vehicle the electrical plug is broken and there is no one to contact. So I would say steer clear of this place.

For those people who enjoy shooting, I recommend attending an event. Trap is there big thing but also have skeet and sporting clays. Great location.

Huge shooting facility. Great showers and everything was clean. Caterer at banquet facility had horrible food though.

We had a comfortable stay at the campground. Sites were long, wide & level enough, well maintained. Even tho our electric pedastal & water was a good distance
(Maybe 20’) away from us, we had enough electric line and water hose to plug in. Didn’t see the same for all sites, just the one we were on. It rained and was chilly so we didn’t utilize the shooting ranges at all. Had satellite for the football games and we were good. We’d stay here again.

We always have a great time at the Cardinal Center. The staff is helpful and hospitable and the facilities are first class. The people are all very nice there. I took my boy scout troop for a shooting campout and everything was fantastic.

Visited here for the first time. We had a camping spot beside the pond. Spaces were nice.but could use some leveling. Campground was nice. Bathrooms and shower house were nice as well. Front office staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Some of our extended family had rented a cabin.which was decent.a little pricey. We would camp here again.

Great campground with an awesome indoor swimming pool. Road noise is the only downfall to this great place to spend a weekend!

Nationals for SCTP first rate shooting facility very clean and well laid out. The new shot curtain was a little confusing getting

Disappointing. Made reservations for a site to fit our 32 foot camper back in April for our July stay. When we arrived we were told all they was a 27 foot space that we had to squeeze our 32 foot camper into. Standard sites very close together. Must upgrade to get a decent amount of space.
Campground needs to put some money back into facilities Had a dog run area with multiple holes in the fence. Bathrooms were not kept very clean.

They have a really nice facility great camping sites with 30 and 50 amp hookups water and some have sewage hookup also they have a indoor swimming pool

I've done the sporting clays at this location twice and plan to return. I had never been to a sporting clays course before going here, but I was very impressed. Overall, the course was well maintained. Despite shooting terribly, I had a lot of fun. Very infrequently (I think twice), it seemed that a clay would not throw or would get thrown into trees/brush before becoming available to shoot. There was a phone number to call on the score card for help, but we never bothered.

We have had a wonderful time at the MACC music festival. Beautiful camping facilities, showers and restrooms are very nice and clean.l

I love this place! The ranges are amazing. Camping, fishing, and just a cool atmosphere overall. Recommendations to everyone.

Amazing facility! We have been here three years in a row for the scholastic pistol shooting competition. Tis place is massive in size with a great camping area. Very family friendly and very clean.

Top notch shooting center, I have only shot sporting clays there. Great course good targets, well maintained. Vary large trap field state shoot held there. Venders there at that time, reloading supplies also sporting arms dealers.

They place was kept nice but if you don't upgrade your spot it will be close to the next site. Limited shade. We were told back in April when we reserved our spot it would be the correct size for our camper but they put us in a smaller spot and gave our spot to a long term camper.

Nice amenities, clean shower house. The weather did not cooperate for doing much of anything. Am willing to stay again during travels when the weather is better.

We are camping for the week of the State Shoot here. Indoor heated pool too! Pretty nice. Nice and relaxing
