I've had cardinal for years, never had a problem. I got to use my card and it's no longer active! I called and they said I'm late with a payment so they deactivated my card, without even contacting me! I'll pay the bill and unfortunately I'll be closing this account and taking my business elsewhere.

I am a Civil Engineer and after working abroad for almost 8 years, I returned home (Cleveland) in September of 2022, and found that I was the victim of identity theft.my finances were a total disaster!
I opened an account with Cardinal about a year ago, and through diligent efforts by Jennifer Reshetar I closed on an Auto Loan with them last week, and also received an unsecured credit card.

Had a problem with my account. Went in today ready to "fight". A wonderful employee took one look at the issue and had it fixed in 5 minutes. No "fight" required. Been a customer there for almost 20 years.

I had the pleasure meeting and working with Olivia Bergeron at the Mentor location.
I had originally gone in to speak with her about opening a line of credit, and through the process had found out about all of the “extras” that cardinal community credit union offered, and took advantage of some of those. The ability to move money from a savings account into a certificate with a high interest rate for a year, the ability to turn in a lease and have it financed through cardinal community credit Union with low interest rates.
Olivia was so responsive and available for as many questions that I kept asking. She was very patient, and always available whether through a phone call or email.
