Easy to work with. In and out, pretty quick. They also work with you on return times, which is nice.

I rented a concrete saw that was faulty in its ability to cut through common aggregate. I returned it and made my complaint known to the manager. I also asked him if he had a place where we could check out the saw together to prove or disprove my complaint. The manager was extremely rude, impatient, and threw the paper receipt on the counter for me to pick up and leave. He was not willing to further discuss any other options to resolve the issue while i was there on location. He did tell me that they test all the equipment when it is returned but was not willing to show me the test area/pad for concrete saws. I have done business with them in the past with know problem. However this was a very bad experience and because of it I had to spend more money at another rental company to complete my project. My advice to others is to test their equipment before renting.

Reached out looking for parts for my IS5000 Ferris mower. Had no stock and was going to check availability and call me back. 1.5 weeks later no call. Ordered from Hilltop Lawn & Garden instead... Reason for review is it’s not the 1st time this has happened to me with them.
