Great service! Great trip! Great Driver!
We took our summer camp group to Cincinnati from Columbus yesterday, August 16th. Our driver, Mark Signal, was came early for pick-up. He was courteous and got us there and back safely, on time. When getting off and getting kids to parents for pick-up, I neglected to express our gratitude. "Thank you, Mr. Mark! "

My husband and I booked Cardinal Bus Service to shuttle guests from the hotel block to our wedding reception. We could not be happier with the service provided. The driver, Janine was prompt, safe, and courteous to all our guests… even the Steelers fans chanting “here we go Steelers”.

Great experience with Cardinal Transportation! Our drivers were super nice and nothing but patient, professional, and personable to our wedding guests. 10/10 would recommend!

Cardinal was paid and scheduled to provide shuttle bus service for our daughter’s wedding. We started receiving calls from our guests concerned about getting to the event. Fifteen minutes after they were supposed to appear, we called Cardinal, who determined that they didn’t actually have a driver for the event. No help to us. At no time did we hear from them regarding the problem. We had to call them. Our guests had to scramble for alternative transportation in an area where very little is available. The wedding ceremony had to be delayed. We were very unhappy. While a refund was appropriate, it certainly did nothing to mitigate the difficulty caused by poor organization and communication on the part of the company.

The driver promised me he would be here to pick us up but then called in and said he wanted to go to bed rather than pick us up. His manager approved leaving my family without a ride, stranded with underage child. Thanks Cardinal, they told me too bad before hanging up on me. It is now 1: 38am and we are stuck at the airport. Can I get my money back?

I booked travel with them for my wedding. I asked for advice for pick up and drop off times and they pretty much told me I had to choose the time without any type of guidance. Communication was very poor. I had to call them a few days before the event to confirm the schedule. The person I spoke to advised that I start the pick up time 30 mins earlier than the original pick up time so I changed the pick up time. On the day of the event, the first shuttle ended up arriving 45 mins late forcing us to push back our entire wedding schedule. The photographer that we paid for was paid for a certain amount of time and we ended up missing professional photos of our entire reception because of the transportation delay. The next day, we called to ask for a reimbursement for the time we paid for but did not have service. They told us they would look into it. It has now been 5 days and no response. Update- company reached out to apologize and gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience.

The people that drive this company’s buses should maybe stick to driving cars.weaving in and out of heavy traffic isn’t really the best idea for a giant bus
