CareCore at Lakeridge reviews
7Hands down, the cleanest, nicest, nursing home I've ever been in when visiting family members. I find the Nursing staff are extremely friendly and also great with the residents.
Rude nurses, don't want to get bothered, toilet leaks, place has a broken window, broken blinds, broken air conditioning. Smells really bad. It seems that i am on a third world country.
First and foremost I want to say how disgusting and nasty this facility is. The nursing staff was very rude and unprofessional. When you first enter the facility you smell urine, poop and cigarettes. The building is outdated and the patients room are in horrible condition. The staff appears to not care about anything. The administration staff were very rude and disrespectful. I would never allow any of my loved ones to stay at this place. Someone needs to report this place to the state. I will say the social worker and the young Indian woman who does physical therapy was very nice and pleasant.
Friendly staff and they take care of the people who stay there, plus they have activities for them.
Visited my brother this past week and he is doing good. He was sitting in his wheelchair and was fully dressed and was clean and shaved and his hair had been cut. His room was spotless and his bed freshly made. I asked him if he was doing good and he said yes. I was encouraged when the Activity Director stopped by his room and complimented him on how he looked and was very nice. I asked her if he ever participated in activities and she said yes at times and that was encouraging to me. I asked him if he did participate and he answered sometimes. The whole facility smelled clean and it was clean that day. The Staff there was attentive and accommodating from the front Reception area to back on the Residents living area. Thank you Lakeridge for all you all do and say. It takes a lot of Special people to care for so many with various needs. Thanks again.
Kelsey, Danielle & the whole staff are a pleasure. They are among the best I've worked with in the healthcare industry, and the extra mile they always go for their residents is rare! Thank you!
You guys see the pictures provided. As agency we come in to help. We can only do so much. The staff that I worked with were not helpful, which is probably part of the reason why they’re short staffed. The building is very dirty and smells so bad. I’m not sure if they have enough housekeeping or they just aren’t doing their job or they just don’t know how to clean. Also the building itself is just falling apart. I’m sure they can afford to renovate I’m not sure why they don’t. But it should go to show that they don’t actually care. Potential residents and staff, please pay attention to the reviews and pictures attached. Not the website pics. Also if you’re able to, go see for yourself so you can make a conscious informed decision. Hopefully seeing these reviews will trigger some sort of change in the CareCore facilities because this isn’t the only one that’s like this.
