CareFirst Urgent Care - Kenwood, Cincinnati OH

The staff is caring and considerate. I felt well taken care of. However, this location DOES NOT have an X-ray machine even though the website says it does. I had to go to Hyde Park location for that, and could have gone there right away!

My son went in for a sports physical and we were literally in and out! The male doctor and nurse that assisted him were extremely nice! Great job guys!

The doctor was very nice but I have been trying to call the office since yesterday when I had my appointment about a prescription that was never sent to the pharmacy. I have tried calling multiple times and left two voicemails with no call back! Every single time the automated system says please hold to speak with someone then goes to voicemail. Unacceptable!

Wait was longer than ideal, but staff was friendly, comprehensive, and obviously doing everything they could to help everyone and provide good care. Will go back when the need arises!

Currently at the blue ash rd. Location the provider that is working here does not except caresource insurance so you will be sent away and no treatment will be given to your ill children. The supervisor is responsible for this. I contacted corperate and they said that this will be taken care of. Hopefully the community will not be to frustrated over this issue. Since this urgent care was put up it has had numerous providers giving care, this is the first time anything like this has ever happened.

This location was efficient and professional. I was treated with respect and given awesome care. Please consider this urgent care first. They won’t disappoint you.

Always A nice staff and great experience at this urgent care. They offer online registration and check in, which also allows them to contact you and give you an idea of how long the wait is. Great idea and makes life easier when you’re sick or have young toddlers. Communication is great, from the friendliness of the front desk staff member, Felicia all the way to the MA and MD. Really A great place for medical care when your PCP office is closed.

Very fast, kind doctor was great with my 8 year old son. He had a gash in his head and the doc avoided stitches with a sterile strip and glue. I’m very grateful!

Would never go here again. At the start of covid they charged me for a covid test AND charged my insurance. They were paid twice and would not refund the difference. Unscrupulous!

Quite ghetto. And they send you sneaky bills a year after service. Unless you just want your temp taken, this place is useless.

10/10. Way better than the CareFirst in Springdale. Everyone from the front desk lady, to the nurses, to the doctor was super nice and accommodating. Helped me more than the ER did. Very professional and clean.
