Worst experience of my life they don't care about the people they treat they are extremely rude and unprofessional takes forever to get anything done will hang up on you no one to report them to give you the wrong meds causing you to get even more sick the board of health will be notified I pray they close this one down

The unprofessionalism in this “establishment” is insane. The Doctor (Male) informed me to call back at noon the next day after my visit. I called and the receptionist answered in a non-chalant manner and stated that he would transfer me, and I would receive a call back. I called a few hours later and he informs me that the doctor (female) left for the day. I have yet to get my prescription or answers about my issue. TERRIBLE.

They are very kind and helpful. Always relatively quick visits which are really nice when your little one is sick!

My fiancé went there today is the third day since she went and still hasn’t got her medicine called into her pharmacy. The worst part is we have called numerous times each day and keep getting the run around. And today the Dr, older gentleman called today to ask what he prescribed her so he could put it in her chart. She goes to tell him she hasn’t got her meds yet and that been 3 hours ago and he still hasn’t fixed it. Very unprofessional

Doctor was very nice, took a few extra minutes to help explain some other issues I have going on as well, was in and out in 30 minutes.

Visited the doctor for severe throat and ear pain. Despite a friendly receptionist, the wait involved her watching videos. The examination lacked depth; no blood pressure check or swabs were done. The doctor briefly looked in my mouth and checked my neck, prescribing medication. When I asked about my condition, he replied, "I don't know what you've been doing or who you've been around, " leaving me uncertain and feeling blamed for my illness. Disappointed with the lack of clarity on my health.

Receptionist was very nice. I’d give the “doctor” 0 stars. Brought my baby in to be seen for fevers which I expressed was a possible ear infection. He did not even look at anything on her. Never diagnosed a illness.was extremely rude. I wouldn’t go there if I was dying. I wouldn’t take my dog to see him

My wife went here with a cold and the doctor wouldn’t stop asking where she got it from and then he said “you sure your baby daddy didn’t bring it home”. He followed that up by making her walk over to him while he sat down to look at her throat. This doctor was super unprofessional and I will never be sending any family members back here.

Staff is pleasant and efficient. Seen in a reasonable amount of time and ore-registering on line was helpful.

Staff is very caring and informative. I've always had very good care when visiting this particular urgent care.

Completely inept staff.
Doctor more worried about chatting with patients about real estate and family than just sticking to the issues.
Wait time was horrendous.
Urgent Care is where people go to die
Would rather stick my head under a moving semi than to go here again

Service was awful! Went in at 7: 35, people came in after us, got serviced before us. Left at 9 after they had us sitting In the room for over an hour without being serviced. Everyone was gone and all the workers were sitting on their phones when we walked out. When we walked out, still was not acknowledged.

The doctor there is rude. The detail to his diagnoses made me feel like I was In a fast food restaurant for how quick and lack of care put into it. This kind of doctor is the reason some people just don't go to the hospital.

I've visited this urgent care 5ish times in the last 2 years of living in this area. Today, I received the best care I've ever received here. I'm very pleased with the doctor and nurses on staff and how they seemed to truly care.

The doctors and nurse were nice, did have to wait awhile to be seen though. They need more doctors in there. One isn’t enough.

Everyone was so nice place was clean. When I walked in the place was packed but they were really quick on their feet’s for sure. I recommend CareFirst Urgent Care- Hamilton

I went because I was having so much pain when going pee (obvious uti) and they took care of me so well and were SO KIND and sweet! I’ve been to some really mean urgent cares before and this one was a breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond and made me feel seen and heard. I highly recommend this location:)

Love Dr Randolph and all of the other doctors, in the nurses are great too very comfortable atmosphere
