CareFirst Urgent Care - Fairfield reviews
20The office operated efficiently, I was seen fairly quickly, and I received the exact kind of attention I needed to handle a simple diagnosis without having to wait to see my PCP.
Website says tpy can wait in your car but they don’t allow that. Sign said everyone should wear a mask and no one was. Receptionist was rude. I used to use this location but won’t anymore.
I have been a patient there off and on for several yrs.always had good service cevat the front desk with the medical assistant and with the doctors.thank you thank for having a place to go to.
Wait time is ridiculous! Staff is very rude and unprofessional don’t recommend to anyone waited for 2 hours to still not be seen went over to mercy health urgent care and waited for 10 minutes and got seen immediately! Don’t go to this place your better off going somewhere else or going to the er
Care was very quick and professional. Staff were caring. Quick diagnosis and treatment prescribed.
Front desk is rude, inept, and wasted two hours of my time. Go elsewhere- some place with an office that can read what pharmacy to send medication. She seemed much more interested having personal phone conversations today (10/30/22) than to tend to several in the lobby. It’s also very unprofessional to curse in front of patients in the waiting room as well as loud enough in the back that they can hear her in the examination rooms.
They also don’t answer their phones… I called 8x while sitting at the correct pharmacy to make sure they sent the Rx and since they never answered, I had to waste another trip back to their location. Also the PA said they could not test me for flu because they ran out of tests… Avoid!
Friendly and fast. Open the hours they say they are! Very glad this location change management years ago!
Definitely a 5 star for me. Every time I go there rather it’s for myself or my kids, this place have been very professional. The wait time is not to bad they move fairly quickly. I have know complaints an it’s been 4/5 years now.
I arrived at around 8: 15 a.m. On New Year's Eve. They were very efficient. Diagnosis was strep throat and was out of there around 9: 00 to 9: 15 a.m. Excellent service easy system to use for checking in and registering! Would highly recommend!
January 1st. Splinter in my foot since 12/27. Short wait. Two ladies at front desk discussing how the doctor was in a bad mood. Girl who took my temperature and blood pressure was very nice. Doctor came in and said she didn’t see anything in my foot (didn’t explore just looked). She said it was red and starting to get infected so wrote me a RX for antibiotic. Two days later I used safety pin to extract a 1/4 inch long splinter. She should have opened it up to look for splinter instead of just looking at it. Wasted money.
We didn't wait long at all, and everyone was really friendly. They were also very helpful after we left and we were having issues with getting our prescription filled.
Very quick! I was in and out within 15-25 minutes. Staff was friendly and efficient. Appreciate the service.
The Staff was friendly and professional. The NP was quick and efficient. The Medical Asst.was professional and kind. I was greater when I first walked in.
My wait was not long at all. I would definitely go back!
They are really quick and efficient. Everyone is so nice, and helpful. I don't feel like they rushed thru my care.
The QR code wasn't working to check in but other than that it was a good experience. The staff was great and helpful.
Went in for a strep test 10 min before they closed. Was diagnosed and back out before they closed. Quick! Personable. Helpful. Will return for future health needs.
I should have left as soon as the "receptionists" told me she forgot her 5 year olds birthday was today, at 6pm! (She shouldn't have a kid or a job)
PRN.joke
She's a kid that thinks she's a doctor.
Dirty, actual medical devices on the floor.
Most likely will be shut down soon, upcoming inspection
They were extremely slow and I was the only person in the waiting room.
The symptoms I have are similar to pneumonia although xray did not show.
Doc diagnosed severe asthma as tests came back negative.
She told me I needed albuterol for wheezing. I told her my pulmnoligist took me off albuterol and instead put me on a liquod for my nebulizer which started with an L, and ended with buterol. She stated she was not familiar and insisted on albuterol.
Doc did not look in my throat which I said was sore.
Nurse aid gave an air of dismissal.
I never did find out what my heart rate was.
Receptionist was fabulous. Kind and compassionate.
I was treated very well! I don't remember the last time I felt like the Dr treating me really cared about me. This one did, she made me feel so heard and she made sure she treated me accordingly. I believe her name was Dr. Wells. Happy I went!
