CarePatrol was truly a lifesaver. I was thrust into a situation in which I had to provide care for my Father who is dealing with cancer, while my Mother recovered from an emergency quadruple by-pass operation. I needed to find my parents an assisted living situation that met both of their needs. Our case manager, Kayla, was there every step of the way. She was compassionate and knowledgeable and she helped us find the right place for my parents. She even helped my Father get Veterans benefits that were owed to him so they could afford the facility that they liked best. Kayla and CarePatrol are great!

Vanessa Copeland’s help was invaluable in finding an assisted living facility for my mother during a time when she was in and out of the hospital. Vanessa found suitable places for us to tour, accompanied us on the tours, and asked the questions we didn’t know to ask. She actively checked in with us and the admissions director at the place Mom and the family chose, and offered helpful, sound advice throughout our search and Mom’s move.

I was facing a very daunting, if not impossible task of finding the proper health care/facility for my elderly parent. I was referred to CarePatrol by the Primary Care Physician. I could not be more grateful for their services. Eric was amazing to work with! He came to my mother's house in 2020.just prior to the pandemic to speak with her and work to understand her wants and needs as she thought about making a move. Then, when we delayed our assisted living search for 3 years, Eric was immediately available again. He's incredibly responsive and one of the best people I've ever worked with in listening, assessing and focusing on both the big picture and small details to find just the right match. We cannot thank Ryan Buck and CarePatrol of Northeast Ohio enough! Watching a loved one age so significantly in a relatively short period of time is difficult in many ways. Being their sole caregiver and decision-maker is even harder and adds a layer of stress we never imagined. Ryan not only set up appointments and helped with every logistical detail, he was a trusted and tremendous advocate for mom and our family every step of the journey!
